Objective:This paper selects ten contemporary female college students that they are healthy and non physical education from Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University as the object of study.then ten students were randomly divided into two different visual virtual environments(forest environment and smog environment).The college students were trained for 6 weeks of constant heart rate moderate treadmill exercise to collect observe and analyze the event-related potential P300 date of the two groups of subject to explore whether people have similar or same effect in cognitive abilities such as attention,execution control etc between in the two visual virtual environments and in the real nature environment.If the hypothesis was true,people would do outdoor sports in the indoor room through the Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality to avoid the treat of harsh weather conditions.It is better for people to keep healthy in the bad weather such as smog.On the other hand,it also provided a good reference and value in use for some indoor fitness places to improve their sport environment.Subject and method:This study recruited and selected ten healthy female college students through ways of network such as campus forums,introduction between friends,on site recruitment the track and field ground and handing out the leaflets,which non physical education in Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University.We observes,compares,and analyze the event-related potentials changes of two groups in the two visual virtual environment through 6-week CRP of treadmill moderate exercise.Event-related potentials were carried out using the German Brain Vision Analyzer EEG analyzer.The experimental paradigm used in this study was the improved version of the Flanker paradigm,which collected EEG data through the EEG acquisition amplifier NuAmps,and finally the EEG analysis software Brainvision Analyzer User Manual As the software version 2.1.0 analysis of EEG data,and screening out several major cognitive evaluation indicators:event-related potential P300 component latency,amplitude and behavioral indicators(correct response time and correct rate).Result:Compared with the P300 amplitude of former measure and latter measure between the forest group and the smog group,only P7 electrode point has a significant difference in the forest group under consistent stimulation S2.In the inconsistent stimulation S3,S4,only P3 electrode point has a significant difference.There were significant differences in the Cz electrode at the S1 and S3 stimulation,and there were significant differences in F7,T7 and Cz under the stimulation of S2 and S4.And amplitude of latter measure compared with the former is decrease in the forest group and the smog group,indicating that attention resource allocation is reduced.There were three cases of significant differences in the P300 latency between the forest group and the smog group about former and latter measure:There were three cases of significant differences in the P300 latency between the forest group and the smog group about former and latter measure:(1)There was no significant difference in the latency of the P300 former measure of the forest group and the smog group.There were significant differences in the latency of P300 between the two groups after 6 weeks of exercise.(2)There was significant difference in latency of P300 between forest group and smog group of the former measure.There was no significant difference in P300 latency between the two groups after 6 weeks exercise.(3)The former and latter measure of P300 latency in the forest group and smog group has significant difference.Conclusion: 1,visual virtual environment can affect people's cognitive ability at a certain extent.According to the results of the behavioral index analysis,it can be seen that the forest virtual environment is more conducive to the improvement of cognitive ability than the movement in the virtual environment of smog,but the smog virtual environment is also conducive to the concentration of attention,Used to observe the surrounding environment.2,in this experiment there are few electrode points have significant different before and after the exercise in P300 indicators,through these electrodes can be concluded: the forest virtual environment,the impact of the inhibitory capacity of a certain positive impact.3.exercise in the forest and smog virtual environment could increase the cognitive load at a certain extent,people need to allocate more never resources to avoid invalid behavior in the cognitive process.
