Experimental Study On The Effect Of Functional Action Training On The Teaching Effect Of Javelin Technique

Throwing javelin is a compulsory course for college sports training and education.For the students of education in sports schools,most of them will go to the post of teachers,so it is very important to master the technique of javelin and teaching.Now more and more advanced science and technology is widely used in the teaching and training,to a large number of new equipment,scientific research equipment,training theory,the teaching method implementation in the teaching,make students master the basic technical ability,activity levels,and played a huge role in promoting the teaching effect.In this paper,by using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,fixed-point method of camera,image plane analytic method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,combined with the characteristics of javelin project attempts to design the function of the movement training method is applied to the physical education major in the javelin technique lesson,for technology,using high-definition cameras to student's skill evaluation grades,technical master effect,use kinematics analytic software of javelin technique kinematic indicators on objective analysis of the technology of teacher evaluation is more objective,let the students in the effective time grasp the reasonable technology,to improve the teaching effect of javelin technique,reduce sports injuries as the main research contents in the teaching and to teachers in the teaching process provides a scientific basis,to students learning technology opened up a new way of thinking.The experimental results show that:1.Mainly uses the function exercise mat,ball,dumbbell,rubber belt and other auxiliary equipment design of the special training methods,including rubber belt on the chest with both hands straight push,dumbbell lunges dumbbell move,do not head after upper medicine balls,etc.2.The function action training method can improve the students' physical quality,stability,flexibility and symmetry of the body,improve athletic performance,experimental results show that the experimental group students' skill evaluation and grades were higher than the control group.3.Training intervention by the movements of the function of student's center of gravity speed more reasonable,have certain degree to improve utilization rate of speed,hip,knee,improve core stability,coordination in the process of learning technology ability enhancement,more beyond the equipment level in the last technologies,power distance is lengthened,speed using conforms to the law of project,technology is better than that of control group,in situ throwing performance increases significantly.4.After functional movement training of specialized practice,finally force of middle school students of upper limbs,torso and lower extremities of technology control effect is greatly improved,the experimental group of upper limb technology result accords with the kinematics law of javelin,more reasonable and more fully in the left lower limb technology to support technology,actively push on the right side,speedup,ability enhancement,gun control can have stable when in the final stage of preparation of good posture,trunk technical mastery tend to be more reasonable.5.Hand parameters are changed in the last,the experimental group students to speed significantly higher than the control group,experimental group Angle and shoot height closer to the reasonable scope,better performance,functional movement training can improve the students' technology on the mechanical parameters,technical specifications,optimize students grasp of the technology and the teaching effect.6.Function training methods have obvious influence to students' learning attitude,number of students in the classroom practice,practice more communication between students and imitate,error correction ability increased significantly,the principal position of students.
