The sports injuries of high-level athletes in China restrict the improvement of sports performance.Under this premise,a simple and accurate sports injury assessment method is needed to detect potential sports injuries and carry out injury prevention training,and Functional Movement Screen(FMS)as it screens sports injuries accurately High sex,accurate screening of body injury parts,has been widely used in the field of sports training,FMS through seven basic movements to detect the symmetry,flexibility and limitations of human movement,as a bridge between sports medicine and physical fitness training.As functional motion screening gradually enters the field of professional sports training,it provides training reference for athletes 'sports injury prevention and recovery.On this basis,functional motion training is proposed,which combines sports biomechanics,sports anatomy,and nerve System theory,sports physiology,sports training and other related content,and according to different sports events,a functional movement training system with project characteristics has been formed.In this paper,the effect of functional action training on sports injuries of sprinters is taken as the research object,and the sprinters of Sichuan Institute of Physical Education as the test object.Use functional action screening to perform functional action tests on Sichuan provincial team sprinters,analyze the test results of athletes and the reasons for the low FMS score,and find the possible movement structure and body in the sprinting technology according to the athletes 'training situation Balance and other issues are analyzed,and the ROC curve is used to find the risk value of athletes who affect their high incidence of sports injuries after functional action screening.Design a functional action training program for sprint sports,select 40 sprinters into an experimental group and a control group of equal numbers for training experiments,and incorporate functional action training into the provincial resistance training and special training.The group conducts functional action training three times a week,and the control group performs functional action training once a week.The training content remains the same,and 12 weeks of functional action training is divided into three stages.After the end of each training stage,two groups are counted Athletes' functional action screening scores,and SPSS22.0 software was used to process and analyze the data.The research results show that:(1)The FMS score of Sichuan sprinters has an Eta coefficient of 0.877 to the incidence of sports injuries,indicating that the accuracy of using FMS scores to speculate sports injuries can reach 87.7%;The "threshold value" of sexual action screening score is 14 points.When the athlete's FMS score is less than 14 points,the risk probability of sports injury increases from 20% to 45%;(3)The individual action patterns and total There was no significant difference in scores.The second-stage experimental group began to be significantly better than the control group in 3 single actions and the total score,and the third-stage experimental group 6 significantly better than the control group in the single action and total score;(4)two groups In the intra-group comparison of FMS before and after the experiment,the individual FMS scores of the experimental group except push-ups were significantly better than before the experiment,and the overall score was greatly improved;the FMS score of the control group was only in the straight lunge and total The score is significantly better than before the experiment,and the improvement is small;(5)The average FMS score of the experimental group after the experiment is 18.10 points,much higher than the pre-experiment score of 14.25 points and the sports injury risk threshold of 14 points;The average FMS score of the group was 15.65 points,which was an increase of 10.6% compared with that before the experiment,and was also away from the sports injury risk threshold of 14 points;Sexual movement training,functional movement training can effectively reduce the risk of sports injuries.
