Functional training was first applied to the field of sports rehabilitation,and the time of athletes' rehabilitation was shortened by training.Because of the good role of functional training in the field of rehabilitation,it was gradually applied to the field of competitive sports,and also had a positive impact.As the physical level of middle school students in China is gradually decreasing,effective means should be taken to improve students' physical quality.This paper compares two different training methods with the application of functional training in middle school physical education.The application effect and implementation path of functional training in middle school physical education are analyzed,and then the theory and practice are used as reference for physical education teaching.Firstly,the concept and present situation of traditional physical training and functional training are summarized by literature method and expert interview method.Secondly,taking the physical level of middle school students as the research object,the experimental method and data analysis method are adopted.The training plan lasted for 8 weeks,and the training situation of the three experimental groups was counted,which provided the data basis for the comparison between functional training and traditional physical training.Finally,the application effect and implementation path of functional training in middle school physical education are expounded in detail,and then referred to it in physical education teaching.The experiment shows that:After the experiment,the physical quality of the students in the trained experimental group and the control group was improved,but the range of improvement was different in different items,and the scores of the students in the blank group had no obvious change.After the experiment,the functional test showed that the test results of the experimental group and the control group were higher than those before the experiment,but the improvement of the experimental group was obvious,while the score level of the blank group did not change significantly.Students' physical fitness level and physical function have been improved to a certain extent after traditional physical training and functional training,but the latter has a more obvious effect.Functional test scores can not be directly used as the basis for evaluating students' physical fitness level,but they can show the advantages and disadvantages of students' physical function,which is helpful for teachers to design training plans and enhance students' physical quality.Then reduce the probability of sports injury,promote overall development.
