Functional training originated in the end of the 20 th century and first appeared in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation.Because of its excellent performance in sports injury rehabilitation treatment,it was subsequently applied to sports training and achieved good results.With the continuous deepening of people's understanding of functional training,the role of functional training in improving athletes' athletic ability,exercise efficiency,and improving their physical fitness has been gradually discovered.This has also made functional training rapidly popular,and has swept the sports industry,Has become a research hotspot in the sports world.In recent years,functional training methods have been gradually applied to physical education and have achieved good results.In this study,functional training is applied to the teaching of the long jump technique for students majoring in physical education,and it is hoped that the teaching effect of the long jump will be improved by integrating the various physical functions of the students,as well as the students' basic knowledge,basic technology and athletic ability Mastery,while providing some reference value for the teaching of long jump technology for sports majors.This article uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.The research object is the influence of functional action training on the teaching effect of upright long jump technique.Two small classes in the 2018 track and field general class of Shandong Normal University were selected as experimental subjects(the two classes were divided into experimental group and control group,each class was 20 students and boys).Before the experiment,students of the two classes were tested for physical shape indicators,special qualities,and functional movements to ensure that there were no significant differences in the indicators of the two classes of students.Results The students' physical fitness was analyzed,and the special characteristics of long jump were used to design the content of teaching experiments.In the teaching experiment,the experimental group intervened in the experimentby adding functional training on the basis of the conventional upright long jump technique teaching,and the control group adopted the conventional upright long jump technique teaching content.The twelve-week teaching experiment was used to analyze the functional movement screening of students before and after the two classes of experiments,the changes in the students' special qualities,the technical evaluation and achievement standards of the students in the two classes after the experiments,and the changes in the participation status of the two students.The teaching experiment concluded as follows:(1)The use of functional training methods has a positive effect on students mastering the sp ecial techniques,professional knowledge,improving sports skills,and cultivating the integration ability of multi-dimensional physical fitness.(2)After twelve weeks of teaching experiments,the research results show that functional training has obvious effects on improving students' physical stability,flexibility,symmetry and flexibility.(3)The intervention of functional training can make the students' movement structure more reasonable,improve the speed and strength utilization efficiency,improve the body's ability to control the hips,knees,ankles and core parts,and ensure that students can be more active in the process of long jump Good completion of "run and jump combination" and better grasp of aerial technical movements.(4)Functional training can effectively improve students' movement status in the classroom,improve students' ability to correct errors and cooperative inquiry,and strengthen students' subjective status.Due to the limitation of time,weather,teaching experience and teaching level,some student s still have certain problems in mastering individual movements of functional training.This nee ds to be further improved and improved in the later teaching process.
