With the improvement of national income and the enhancement of fitness consciousness,the sports fitness market of our country has entered a stage of rapid development,and various forms of fitness clubs have also developed rapidly.As a result of the large population in our country,the economic level is increasing day by day.Although the current competition in the fitness industry is very fierce,the fitness market still has great potential for development.Funds,venues and personnel are not the main reasons for restricting the development of commercial fitness clubs,but only the provision of suitable products and services.To meet the changing requirements of consumers,in order to survive and develop in the fierce competition.This paper selects the Beijing Shenzhou Fitness Club(abbreviated as Shenzhou Fitness)as the research object,using the methods of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and so on.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the existing products of the fitness club and the satisfaction degree of the members to the various products of the club,and draws the following conclusions:1.There are various kinds of fitness courses in the core products of Shenzhou Fitness.According to the needs of the members,the degree of preference and the introduction of the new curriculum,the curriculum can be adjusted and arranged timely.Through innovation,integration,curriculum resources,Offering characteristic courses.There is no uniform certification standard for coaches' qualifications in core products.Curriculum coaches are short of resources.Personal coaches can provide individualized,all-round fitness guidance.2.In the form of Shenzhou fitness products,the aerobic equipment area has a complete range of facilities and sufficient quantity;the diversification of sports function models;the integration of science and technology and entertainment;and the equipment and equipment load in the strength training area,Adjustable orientation and so on.Course fitness area wide,equipment rich,interesting strong.Auxiliary services,facilities safe and effective,clean and healthy.3.The front hall service,rest area,bath area,water bar,beauty and beauty items in the Shenzhou additional product related service project are in turn friendly,comfortable,humanized and healthy.Professional features.Also provides a wealth of interesting entertainment activities.4.The expected products of Shenzhou fitness include fitness and entertainment items suitable for the elderly,such as small ball events(table tennis,badminton,billiards,etc.).Specialized exercise courses for certain parts of the body,such as shoulder and neck training,Leg training and other specialized courses.As well as members expect to open swimming programs.5.The potential products of Shenzhou fitness include the existing products and the undeveloped and imperfect product value.At present,there are not enough innovations in fitness courses,music and other innovations in the club,and members lack individual guidance.Lack of courses for special groups of people;lack of coaching experience and mobility;lack of concept of full marketing;equipment cleaning is not ideal;room temperature in bath rooms,sprinklers and other details need to be improved;fitness materials,newspapers,etc.,are updated too slowly,Lack of personal nutrition and other problems.
