Research On Job Satisfaction Of Fitness Directors In Wuhan Fitness Clubs

As people’s living standard growing, more and more people are beginning to pay more attention to fitness; fitness club has become main place to exercise. So, professional fitness director is given to birth. Fitness director is the bridge of consumers and business operators, which is the key figure to decide on the development of fitness club. Therefore, job satisfaction of fitness director has become a focus of domestic and foreign academics.Fitness directors from Wuhan 24 fitness club are taken as research object by using questionnaire, interview method and mathematical statistics. Fitness director’s job satisfaction of fitness club is surveyed. Wuhan fitness director working status and needs are analyzed, the working performance of fitness director will be improved effectively, and the working enthusiasm will be aroused.The main conclusions as follows:(1) The basic situation of Wuhan fitness director is that female-dominated, youth-dominated, the majority of university degree, medium level income state; most of fitness directors hold level certificate.(2) Descriptive statistics results show that in all dimensions of job satisfaction of fitness directors, the overall is in general, the satisfaction of work approval is higher and the satisfaction of growth and development is lower.(3) In demographic variables, the variance analysis results showed that overall satisfaction of Different gender and educational background of fitness director is different. Overall satisfaction of different ages and different fitness director in the working years is no difference.
