With the increase of the mass of the material life and leisure time,they began to pay more attention to the health of the body,commercial fitness clubs have comfortable fitness environment and professional fitness coach is attracting a large number of fitness enthusiasts,including fitness coach service quality is the key,and the quality of service by the trainer many factors,which influence the maximum degree of job satisfaction.In order to understand the Nanning city commercial fitness club coaches job satisfaction degree,but also to enhance the club's human resources management level,this study used the method of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics on the Nanning City,a chain of20 business fitness club 180 fitness coaches from the work itself,work reward,the growth and development,working relationships,working conditions,management mechanism,the development prospects of a total of 7 indicators of job satisfaction survey.The results show that:1 Nanning commercial fitness club coaches overall job satisfaction,but out of the "moderate" level.According to the order of the two indicators,the work itself,the working relationship,the working conditions,the development prospects,the work returns,the growth and the development,the management mechanism.2 The lowest level of satisfaction of the three indicators are: the pursuit of life,bonus benefits,career development plans,sharing experience,working hours,incentive system,core competitiveness.3 There are significant differences in the satisfaction degree of the coaches' job satisfaction in the 7 levels of the two variables,such as sex,marriage,the nature of work,age,education level.Specific performance :(1)Gender variables.There are significant differences in the three dimensions of job compensation,growth and development,and working conditions.On thedimension of work condition,the satisfaction of men is higher than that of women,and the other two dimensions are higher than men.(2)Marital variables.There is significant difference in the development prospect dimension,and the satisfaction degree of unmarried is higher than that of married satisfaction.(3)Work nature variables.In the dimension of growth and development,there is a significant difference,and the satisfaction of full-time coaches is less than that of part-time coaches.(4)Age variable.There are significant differences in the three dimensions of job compensation,growth and development,and development prospects.33-39 year old coaches in job compensation,growth and development dimension satisfaction is relatively low;27-32 year old coaches in development prospects dimension satisfaction is relatively low.(5)Cultural level variables.There are significant differences in the two dimensions of growth and development and development prospects.The coaches with bachelor's degree have relatively low satisfaction in the dimension of growth and development,and the satisfaction of coaches with graduate degree or above is relatively low.(6)Salary variable.There are significant differences in the three dimensions of work compensation,work relationship and development prospect.2000 yuan or less coaches in job compensation dimension satisfaction is relatively low;4001-5000 yuan coaches in job relations and development prospects dimension of satisfaction is relatively low.(7)Coaching age variables.There are significant differences in the two dimensions of work compensation and work relationship.The coach's job life is1-2 years,and the fitness coaches' satisfaction is relatively low.2-3 years' coaching experience is relatively low in job satisfaction.In view of the existing fitness coaches job satisfaction analysis from trainer satisfaction survey analysis and fitness coaches job satisfaction variables in different aspects of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,fitness coaches job satisfaction level to provide targeted advice for club managers to improve.
