In the primary school physical education curriculum,track and field is one of the main sports events.Sprint,as a basic item in track and field,runs through the teaching of physical education in primary school all the time.At the same time,it occupies a very important position in sports performance.With the test standard updated year by year,the results of the test results in recent years are not optimistic.Due to the monotonous teaching methods of the primary school sprint,the teaching content of the sprint in physical education is similar to the training class for professional athletes,from small step running,high leg lifting to back pedal running,starting running.Speed up to sprint,step by step This kind of teaching method.The students practice to follow the prescribed order,was a single method,no enthusiasm.At the same time,the traditional teaching methods are more focused on the results of the campaign,often ignored the process of the analysis,so that students may exercise in the correct posture,light to cause effects of exercise effect,resulting in heavy sports injury.So for PE teachers,sprint teaching is also a key and difficult work.In this paper,the methods of literature,test,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on are used.An experimental study was conducted on 20 male and 20 female students randomly selected from the fifth grade of Beijing Chaoyang normal School.This paper selects the technical evaluation of 50 meters running on the way and the 8 indexes in the physical health test of primary and middle school students in Beijing to carry on the experimental test,and evaluates the effect of using the combination exercise method in the teaching of the elementary school students' sprint.The experimental results show that:1.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group compared with the control group,compared with the test data before the test,the results of the two groups have been improved,among them,there are significant differences between the results of the experimental group and the results before the experiment,which proves that in this experiment,The effect of combination exercise in improving the technique of sprint running is remarkable.From the data analysis of the evaluation of sprint running technique before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the effect of technical improvement in the core part is the least obvious.This may be related to students' long-term incorrect reading and writing posture and lack of exercise of core strength.2.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested on the test of 50 m dash.The results of the two groups of students in the experimental group and the control group were improved in the two sprints.Among them,there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group in the 50 m running events.The results of the two groups were increased by 4.5 seconds to 5.5 seconds respectively,and the growth rates were 4.01 and 5.0.Through the data analysis,it is not difficult to see that the combination exercise method can improve the technique effectively and improve the performance of the two groups.The result of 50 m running was also more remarkable,but the 50 m 8 round trip had higher demands on the students' muscle strength,explosive power,endurance,cardiopulmonary function and so on because of the longer distance.Therefore,it is not obvious that only pay attention to improving technique to improve the result of 50mc8 round trip running,need to listen to many kinds of practice means to carry on the practice.3.after the experiment,the test group and the control group,the two groups of students in vital capacity,sitting position forward flexion,one minute jump rope,one minute sit-up four indicators,four results were improved,It is proved that the training methods of the experimental group and the control group have certain effects on improving the students' physique test results,and the results of the control group are more remarkable in the one-minute sit-up program.It can be seen that the exercise methods of the control group have a better effect on the three items with higher endurance requirements in the physical health test,which are 50 mLi 8 round trip,1 minute rope skipping and 1 minute sit-up.
