Anhui Province Amateur Sports School Judo Project Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

The construction of amateur sports schools is a new starting point for the reform of competitive sports in the new era.Amateur sports schools refer to coaches,athletes as the main body,and the transportation base for primary and secondary school physical education teachers and national competitive sports reserve talents.Amateur sports school is the main form of amateur sports training in China,and young athletes can do professional training in their spare time.In China,Judo in the Olympic Games has been the hot gold project,occupies a very important proportion in the country to carry out the amateur sports school,various levels of amateur sports school attaches great importance to Judo projects,more people to understand Judo,broaden the practice Judo,so to Judo reserve talents cultivating high strength,let more young children in Judo training,training Judo talents from different directions,make Judo more widely popularization and development,has become China's Judo project,and skill oriented priority among priorities of the development of the fighting projects.This study used questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the sports management center in Anhui weight over the years of the survey Judo regular season,summer camp,Judo Shengyunhui,cultivation condition and situation of talent development in Anhui province Judo movement,several projects for the province Judo high level the team,explore various influencing factors of Anhui province Judo project development.And put forward corresponding suggestions,and put forward corresponding suggestions for transporting high level judo athletes in Anhui Province,and provide theoretical support for improving the development and sustainability of Anhui judo program.The following conclusions are drawn up:1,the foundation of judo project is poor,and the development of regional restrictions in Anhui,many cities have failed to have a team.It leads to difficulties in the development of the project.The provincial Judo Association has formulated corresponding policies for the amateur sports schools,so that retired athletes can enter the amateur sports schools,and the City amateur sports schools should have their own judo teams so that they can better promote judo events.2,judo project investment is large,and the inputs of venues,Mats and related judo clothing are limited.In southern Anhui,there are few areas to carry out judo projects,mainly considering that large investment is not necessarily able to achieve corresponding results.According to the Provincial Bureau and City Bureau convenient infrastructure should be given support,give the corresponding transfer.The development of judo project will play an important role.3,the difficulty of recruiting students,the poor understanding of the project,poor understanding of the project,confused with the wrestling project,and easy to hurt the project.Therefore,the degree of popularization is slightly inferior to other projects.Based on the experience of Jiangsu Province,the primary and secondary school judo project should be promoted,or the judo demonstration base in primary and middle schools should be granted in the name of Anhui Judo Association.4,the lack of coaches' quality,the development of restricting judo development in our province is mainly due to the coaches' cognition of judo development trend,training mode and training method in 80 s.The athletes gradually lost interest in the project.In order to promote the overall development of the judo team,the retired athletes should be transported into the amateur sports school or the two teams of amateur sports schools.5,the publicity and promotion of judo project is basically zero,individual amateur sports school because of the judo project results better,natural enrollment is better.And the initiative of the beginning of the region has been restricted.Furthermore,the judo level of the amateur sports school in Anhui province is uneven.After the 2017 National Games in Anhui Judo Association for this problem has been formulated corresponding solutions,part of the Anhui Province Sports Bureau Olympic Plan for gold,for small projects(wrestling,weightlifting,and Judo)has a new requirement to the amateur sports school,the province's 16 cities should carry out the project,to make contributions to the Olympic competition kim.At present,the judo project has been carried out in Tongling.
