| Amateur sports school has played a large role in the rapid development of our country competitive sports enterprise for a long time. Amateur sports school trains a large number of excellent competitive sports reserve talented person for our country competitive sports. At the same time of achievement, however, the original amateur sports schools’system already can not adapt to the development of today’s society. It has caused many problems and affected the development of amateur sports schools. For example, unreasonable project settings, insufficient funding, contradictions between learning and training, employment of athletes. The amateur sports school internal reason and the external environment caused these problems. Facing the problem, the social from all walks of life has never found a good method to solve, so now the development of many amateur sports schools is difficult.Amateur sports schools in Anhui province has been developed steadily in recent years, narrowing the gap with the domestic several sports strong province, and made a certain progress. Since 2008, the athletes of Anhui province have made some achievements in the domestic and foreign competition, such as the world champion Deng,Linlin and Lv,Xiaojun who are cultivated by amateur sports school. Athletes of Anhui province have a good performance in the 1 lth and the 12th national games. The municipal amateur sports schools in Anhui province have turned out large quantities of reserve sports talented person, contributed to the development of competitive sports in Anhui province. But at the same time of achievement, amateur sports schools in Anhui province also exist problems of one sort or another. This thesis based on the current situation of 8 municipal amateur sports school education in Anhui province as the research object, using the method of documentary, investigation, analytic hierarchy process to research the present situation of amateur sports school education in Anhui province. Some mathematical methods are used to study influencing factors, and puts forward related countermeasures for reference.The author makes the following conclusions through studying and carries out countermeasures:1. The educational philosophy and guiding ideology of municipal amateur sports schools in Anhui province are clear. Training form is given priority to with "three concentrations", "one concentration", and the organization setup is complete. But the project settings of municipal amateur sports schools needs to improve.2. Coaches of title structure is reasonable, but lack of highly educated coaches. Coaches’ knowledge structure is single, and their scientific research ability needs to be strengthened. Fewer coaches participate in job training, and the sports training system is not perfect.3. The contradictions between training and learning of municipal amateur sports schools in Anhui province is prominent. The athletes’academic performance is poor, and employment form is single. It leads to the shortage of amateur sports school students.4. Municipal amateur sports schools in Anhui province design reasonable training schedule. The coaches can design and implement training plan strictly, and the training plan content is reasonable and worth of being promoted.5. In Anhui province, amateur sports schools’training venues, equipment and facilities basic satisfy the training needs. But most of the amateur sports schools lack of fund and scientific research, and their equipments and facilities are too basic.6. There are many factors which affect the development of amateur sports schools in Anhui province. Through researching, the author found that the athletes’single employment form, poor academic performance, and lacking sufficient fund are main factors to affect the development of amateur sports schools. Of curse there are other factors which can’t be neglected.Strategies:1. Develop the football and optimize the structure of project.2. Start from the actual needs of the athletes to broaden athletes’employment channels.3. Expand enrollment and grow athletes team.4. Strengthen the construction of coaches, and improve their comprehensive ability.5. Strengthen the amateur sports school athletes’academic education, and promote the work of the combination of sports and education.6. Increase capital investment, and broaden the channels of funding sources. Improve the utilization efficiency of limited funds.7. Improve the sports venues and equipment.8. Improve the logistics service. |
