With the increasing prominence and clarity of the function orientation of museum education,the combination of museum and school has a good momentum of development in China,and presents a rapid development trend.How to promote the development of museum-school cooperation more effectively,how to integrate school science education and museum resources more deeply,how to make the museum become an informal learning place for schools,teachers and students,is the problem that many researchers need to think and study.With the formal implementation of " science curriculum standard for compulsory education in primary schools" in 2017.The new standards for science education in primary schools have made clear requirements on the curriculum,content,teaching implementation and implementation environment of science in primary schools,which will provide new scientific guidance for the development of science education under the combination of library and school.But nowadays,the main body of the school in the museum-school combination,due to various restrictions,efforts and attempts are not much,and museum-school combination in the museum has made a lot of useful attempts and achieved some results,but in the design and development of activities in line with the needs of school curriculum content,there is still a gorgeous appearance," hands-on" phenomenon,museum visits and school curriculum content between the cohesion is not big,can not really meet the needs of the school,and the school itself in this aspect of the activity design advantage is more obvious.In this paper,under the background of museum and school,through the analysis and study of educational activities and scientific education standards at home and abroad corresponding educational activities cases,to find the place to learn from the operation of the summary,the " primary school science education standards" in China's eight scientific inquiry section goal and the new generation of science education standards in the United States science and engineering practice dimension into the activity design,build the school main body to use museum resources to carry out scientific education activities " front,middle and back" framework process,based on the framework process design and curriculum standards content docking of educational activities and implementation,verify the effectiveness of the framework.Through the teaching practice research,it is found that the scientific education activities based on the framework process design have a process which can be used for reference and operated and implemented for schools to carry out such activities by using museum resources.teachers can link the classroom with the museum according to the curriculum standards,and link the teaching content in the teaching materials with the museum exhibits.at the same time,the goal of completing engineering practice is integrated into the education activities,so that the museum becomes the second classroom for students.the activities have a certain role in promoting the students' understanding of scientific concepts,the exercise of inquiry ability and the improvement of learning interest,and stimulate the occurrence of students' in-depth scientific learning.
