Family sports is an important part of school physical education.The implementation of family sports is an active intervention and guidance for the extracurricular sports activities of young people.It is an important measure to further strengthen school sports and jointly promote young people's physical exercise,physical and mental health,and all-round development.In addition,family sports work is an organic combination of school curriculum,family sports and community resources.It can reasonably and effectively use resources to make up for deficiencies in physical education classrooms,improve teaching quality,and enable students to form good sports habits and lifelong sports consciousness.Change parental and social attitudes,form a good family sports atmosphere,and promote the development of national fitness.But all along,family sports have not been valued,but only in form.From the current research literature,most of the existing research on family sports work remains in the theoretical form,there are no specific practical measures,the study is not systematic,not profound,and only a few are summarized in practice.And research is not enough and the theoretical level is not high.Based on the previous research,this paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the status quo of primary school students' family sports in Beijing,finds out the problems and deficiencies,and proposes corresponding solutions to promote the development and promotion of family sports.This thesis mainly uses the methods of literature data,questionnaires,interviews,case studies,etc.to investigate the current situation of elementary school students' family sports in Beijing,and mainly to implement the overall situation of family sports in schools.The crowd's attitude toward home sports assignments.The design and layout of home sports operations.The investigation of students' completion situation and the evaluation and feedback of home sports activities and the practical effect after the implementation of home sports activities were investigated.Through reviewing the data and comprehensively analyzing and collating the questionnaires,and analyzing the individual cases in depth,the present situation of implementation of family sports in Beijing primary school pupils at the stage of emergence was summarized,and the problems and deficiencies in them were discovered,and targeted solutions were proposed.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The practice of laying out home sports for primary schools in Beijing is relatively common,but most schools are gradually paying close attention to it.The characteristics of the layout of homework assignments in the first to sixth grades aremore scientific and reasonable.2,the relevant personnel lack understanding of family sports operations,enthusiasm is not high;on the specific situation of home sports assignments,the content of the selection is still based on the national physique monitoring project,in most cases verbally uniform layout,workload,frequency degree.The difficulty is moderate;however,the students complete the homework in general;there is insufficient evaluation and feedback on the homework..However,in the process,there are also some cases of harm to students.3.The relevant government and schools in the country lack corresponding policies and detailed guidance;physical education teachers lack corresponding concepts and skills;and the enthusiasm for deploying home sports operations is not high.4.In the process of implementing family sports operations,the home schools are not well connected,and they have not been able to integrate with the community.The arrangement,completion,evaluation and feedback of home sports operations have not formed a complete closed loop.5.National government-related documents harmonize relevant measures and standards,and the school actively implements;teachers constantly update the concept of home sports operations,improve their professional skills;create a home-school joint mechanism to give full play to the role of family sports;access to community resources The support for the establishment of home sports assignments for student evaluation-selection of content-evaluation feedback and other related systems to form a complete closed system.
