As a special group, Teenagers carry the future and hope of the nation. The physique levelof teenagers represents the power of a country, rise and fall of a nation, happiness of a familyand the personal future. However, According to the results of the survey on students’ physicalfitness and health, some important physique indexes of teenagers in China presentsdownward trend, which is worrying enough. By ways of referring to the relevant data, It isfound that there are many factors leading to the falling of the physique level of teenagers. How to find a suitable method to improve the physical fitness of students is indeed worthy ofour in-depth research. The thesis mainly introduces the modern physical training methods into" sunshine sports exercise for one hour every day”, aiming to enrich the contents of schoolextracurricular physical exercises, arouse students’ interest in physical education, focus ontraining student’s correct action in the process of training mode, and reduce the risk ofinjury. The status of research on adolescent physical training at home and abroad wereunderstood through the method of literature and the innovation of the paper were on the basisof summarizing previous research experience and shortcomings, which provided theoreticalsupport for the successful completion of the paper. We determined the experimental designand data processing method by interviewing and verified the effects of physical training onstudents physical fitness through experimental methods. At the same time, we alsointerviewed with some teachers and students in Beijing Yucai Primary School to understandthe present situation about traditional extracurricular physical exercises, the motion form andthe existing problems in the process of organization, which provided reference for scientificdesign of teaching contents. Results: By comparing experimental group and control group, we found themorphological indexs didn’t change significantly, while the experimental group had asignificant difference within girls groups. Sit and reach indexs of experimental group andcontrol group didn’t change significantly, while the experimental group had a highlysignificant difference within boy groups and girls groups. The control group had a significantdifference within boy groups and girls groups. Standing long jump indexs between experimental group and control group had a significant difference, while the experimentalgroup had a highly significant difference within boys groups. Between experimental groupand control group on the50m sprint, the boys had a highly significant difference and the girlshad a significant difference, while the experimental group had a highly significant differencewithin girls groups. On the throwing solid ball, the boys had a highly significant differenceand the girls had a significant difference, while the experimental group had a highlysignificant difference within boys groups and had a significant difference within girls. Conclusion: Compared with basketball training methods, Physical training has a certainadvantage to improve students’ body morphology indexs, but the advantage has no significantdifference. Physical training has a certain advantage to improve the students’ sports quality, ofwhich Sit and reach indexs,50m sprint and throwing solid ball all have a significantdifference. It shows that physical training methods can stimulate students’ interest, enrich thecontents of extracurricular physical exercise, which are very popular among students.
