A Research On The Adverse Impact Of Historical Nihilism On University Students And Its Countermeasures

In such an open and multicultural era where all kinds of social thoughts are constantly emerging,the ideological trend of historical nihilism has revived in China.In the name of“Deep introspection of the history and reevaluate of it”,it is not based on facts,but by self imagination to understand history and even distort the historical truth,and to construct a false historical blueprint for the masses.It has a great puzzling effect on the people's views on history and revolution,and has a great negative influence on the patriotism and the cultivation of national consciousness of belonging.While college students are the high-risk group affected by this thought.In order to ensure the correct cognition and understanding of the Chinese revolution and historical development,it is particularly important for college students to cultivate their ability to resist the ideological trend of historical nihilism.On the basis of historical nihilism literature,this thesis tries to explore the negative influence of the ideological trend of historical nihilism on contemporary college students,analyze its causes and put forward effective measures to resist its negative influence.Historical nihilism is a political trend of thought that dispels the historical foundation and rationality of the existence of socialist countries in the name of academics.It negates the hero and traditional culture in content,insists on idealism in the view of history,and is rather confusing in the way of communication.The research shows that the ideological trend of historical nihilism distorts the values of college students,shocks the belief of college students on Marx doctrine,subtracts college students' identity to the national traditional culture,and shaken the belief of college students to support the ruling status of the Communist Party.The negative factors in the social environment,the imperfect system of political theory in collegesand universities,the immature psychological cognitive ability of the college students and the nonstandard management of the modern mass media are the main causes of the negative influence of the ideological trend of historical nihilism.In view of the negative effects of the ideological trend of historical nihilism,this thesis proposes feasible preventive strategies from the following four aspects: strengthening the guiding role of the mainstream ideology in the ideological trend of the university,improving the teaching methods of the political theory course,strengthening the training of the self ability of the college students and strengthening the management of the network media.
