Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Development Of Softball In Shanxi Colleges And Universities

As the birthplace of softball,Shanxi Province,compared with other provinces and cities,is still lagging behind in the university environment.This study makes an on-the-spot investigation and investigation on the present situation of colleges and universities in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province,and sums up the existing problems and problems from the teaching conditions,teaching content and teachers' construction,and tries to draw the corresponding conclusions and constructive suggestions through the study.The research methods used in this study are: literature,questionnaire,expert interview,observation and mathematical statistics.The subjects are 6 representative sample colleges,such as "Shanxi University of Finance and Economics","North Central University","Shanxi University business college","Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine","Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine" and so on.Participated in softball teaching activities,35 teachers and 600 students.Questionnaires were conducted respectively,and the differences between them were analyzed.1.The current situation of the development of softball in Shanxi universities is uneven and the overall level is relatively low.2.Teachers believe that the teaching content of the soft ball is incomplete,the teachers' professional level is insufficient,the related teacher training is limited,the campus activities are less and the school's attention is low,which can not meet the normal needs of the teaching.3.The students in Colleges and universities are not very fond of the soft ball;the degree of understanding and mastery of the soft ball is low;but it generally recognised the fitness function,cultural value and development prospect of the soft ball;the overall participation is not high,the motivation and target utilitarianism are obvious,and the form of participation is relatively simple.4.Students' different factors have different degrees of satisfaction with the teaching anddevelopment of softball and their cognition to softball.5.The main problems of this study are: Students' low degree of interest and cognition to flexible ball,lack of teachers' professional level,incomplete teaching content,less campus activities and low degree of attention.The corresponding corrective measures are put forward based on the combination of investigation and analysis and interview results.(1)Improve the teaching content of softball,and add the net type project to the teaching content of softball.(2)Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and set up a teaching practice training class in Shanxi province.(3)Strengthen the importance of colleges and universities,speed up the construction of campus culture,enrich campus activities.
