Charity Storehouse is a traditional way of china to save the victims who suffered the natural disaster.It had existed in our country for thousands of years,and it has a positive impact on social stability.The "Modern" Charity House been created by social organizations based on the traditional mode of charity relief.The first complete "Modern" Charity Storehouse is "Shuijingfang Charity Storehouse" that been established by "I YOU SHE" in Chengdu Shuijingfang streets.The participatory mutual aid service carried out by"Shuijingfang Charity Storehouse" brought positive changes to the neighborhood relations and community atmosphere of the community.This service mode was recognized by other social organizations and gradually extended to the whole country and established the Charity Storehouse National Development Network.This research takes Shuijingfang Charity Storehouse as the center,investigates the operation mechanism and service structure of modern Charity Storehouse through the methods of participation in observation,interview and literature,and studies how Modern Charity Storehouse achieved the flow of care from Putnam's social capital theory Cross-regional social network.The study found that Modern Charity Storehouse which was carried out by social organization established the open and inclusive network through some kinds of participatory activities.Thus the different background and identity people be linked and formed a sense of"Yi".The content of donation-material and time-is one of the most powerful instruments of this kind of values and spirituality.It expresses a kind of concern given by the donor to the aided person.After receiving help,the recipients begin to pass on the care to neighbor,community or other people who need help.Driven by social organizations,the multi-directional flow of care to form a cross-border caring network.
