According to relevant predictions,during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,my country's population of 60 years old and above will exceed300 million,moving from a mild aging to a moderate aging stage.With the development of industrialization and urbanization,the traditional family structure in rural areas has been impacted,and the number of empty-nest elderly people is increasing.The problem of rural elderly care needs to be solved urgently.Rural mutual assistance for the elderly aims to improve the public space for the elderly in the community,and at the same time enable the rural elderly to obtain higher-quality and more professional elderly care services in a familiar family and community environment,so as to solve the elderly care problems in the rural areas and meet the needs of elderly care.Provides effective ideas and methods.At the same time,social workers master the cutting-edge concept of elderly care,attach importance to dialogue and communication,and use scientific methods of helping others.They have great professional advantages in solving elderly care problems and building mutual aid relationships.Therefore,this article aims to explore the generation mechanism of rural mutual assistance for the aged and the practical logic of social work intervention in rural mutual assistance in the perspective of social exchange theory,and provide a relatively complete theoretical support for the rural mutual assistance mode and social work intervention in the practice of rural mutual assistance for the aged.This paper analyzes the service process and current results of the rural mutual assistance elderly service project in G Village through the literature research method,takes the members of the mutual assistance elderly association in Village G as the research object,and conducts research on the mutual assistance relationship among the elderly in Village G through the interview method.On this basis,with the framework of social exchange theory,the motivation mechanism,organizational mechanism,and reward incentive mechanism of rural mutual assistance pension relationships are studied and discussed from the three levels of expectation,organization,and social remuneration,and the following two research questions are answered: From the perspective of exchange theory,what is the formation mechanism of rural mutual assistance for the aged;under the guidance of social exchange theory,what is the practical logic of social work involved in rural mutual assistance for the aged?Through research and analysis,the research findings are as follows:(1)From the perspective of social exchange,based on geographical and cultural factors,rural elderly have common values and common pension expectations,and because of their natural trust relationship,they have the basis for establishing mutual aid organizations,Abundant old-age resources can be used as mutual aid rewards.Therefore,starting from the three levels of motivation,organization and remuneration,the rural mutual assistance pension relationship has a complete generation mechanism(2)Based on the theory of social exchange,the practical logic of social workers' intervention in rural mutual assistance pensions is sorted out,that is,social work can be derived from Three levels,namely,motivation mechanism—establishing positive elderly values and mutual aid values,organizational mechanism—improving the management mechanism of mutual aid pension organizations and cultivating community social organizations,compensation incentive mechanism—expanding mutual aid exchange rewards to intervene at three levels.Encourage and consolidate the emergence and long-term development of mutual assistance and pension relationships...
