Social Work Is Involved In The Research Of Rural Mutual-aid Pension Services

The problem of providing for the aged in the rural areas has been widely concerned by the government and the academia.In recent years,the aging speed of China's population is accelerating,and the number of elderly rural population is expanding rapidly.The phenomenon of getting old before getting rich is more obvious in rural areas.To break through the dilemma of rural old-age care and find suitable old-age care solutions for the rural elderly population has become the goal of exploration and practice by the government,academia and the vast elderly population.Happiness mutual nursing home is in such a context of The Times.Based on the investigation and research of HL happy mutual aid hospital,this study has learned that the elderly groups in the rural happy mutual aid hospital have problems of home care and insufficient psychological and emotional care.Through the analysis of the old people's mutual assistance consciousness and ability,it is realized that the current situation of mutual assistance among the old people in the mutual aid hospital can not effectively meet the needs of the elderly.In order to meet the above needs of the elderly,social workers in the process of service for the service object to establish a mutual aid pension platform-mutual aid pension group.By exploring and giving full play to the internal potential of the elderly group,we strive for external forces to participate in it,so as to solve the problems of lack of care and emotional needs in home life for the elderly group.Social workers explore and cultivate the group backbone within the group,so that the group leaders can interact with the group members and increase their sense of dependence and cohesion on the mutual aid group.At the same time,the elderly's ability to help each other and provide for the aged can be cultivated through capacity building to improve the living standard and quality of the elderly in rural happy mutual aid hospitals.In addition,social workers also carry out a variety of recreational and sports activities to attract the elderly to go out of the house,relieve loneliness in mutual communication and interaction,comfort the inner feelings,and meet the spiritual needs.In addition to directly serving the elderly in the mutual aid institutions,social workers also link volunteers and professional medical personnel to participate in the mutual care services to enrich the social support system for the elderly in the mutual aid institutions.Through the evaluation and reflection of social workers' participation in the service effect of HL happy mutual aid hospital,it is found that social work is effective in promoting the improvement of rural mutual aid pension quality.In particular,the establishment of mutual assistance pension platform is of positive significance to give full play to the potential of self-care service for the elderly and to meet their needs for domestic care and spiritual comfort.However,there are also some difficulties and problems in the social work in the rural mutual assistance old-age care service,such as the lack of professional skills of social workers,the lack of service funds and the poor sustainability of the services already carried out.Finally,social workers put forward opinions and Suggestions on service issues,hoping to provide references for mutual assistance and old-age care in rural areas.
