SWOT Analysis Of Natatorium Management In Zhejiang Sci-Tech University

Since the reform and opening up,under the correct leadership of the party and the government,the rapid development of the national economy,sports industry as the third industry is booming.Swimming as a sport fitness project is loved by the masses,the swimming project has been the first choice college students physical exercise,while swimming as a relatively high risk of sports venues,the management is particularly important.This study uses the research methods of literature,expert interviews,field survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,taking Zhejiang Sci-Tech University natatorium management as the research object,the four dimensions of facilities management,personnel management,financial management and information management of Xiasha Higher Education Park university natatorium field study on the related management interviews and questionnaire to study the status of consumers.By using SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the swimming pool management in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University are obtained.The study found that the Zhejiang Sci-Tech University gymnasium management advantages mainly in place management,lifeguard and coaches training a dragon,a good geographical environment;the main disadvantages are: obsolete equipment and water quality problems,students enthusiasm is not strong enough to swim,swimming pool,culture and information management,the school of swimming the lack of attention;the external opportunities mainly lies in the national fitness program,the swimming competition held in Hangzhou,the information era,Xiasha town construction;its threat lies in the Zhejiang finance and economics university natatorium renovation,other campus sports vigorously carry out the occupation of the swimming market.Based on the analysis of the swimming pool management of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University,the author has developed the development strategy,the offensive strategy,the reverse strategy and the defensive strategy.Based on the creation of lifeguardcoach training,increase the creation of referee training events,ease the pressure;in addition,it should regulate the management of foreign vehicle parking,car to provide consumers with convenience;in order to grasp the full information of this advantage,the development of the swimming pool APP,information integration management etc..In order to provide some reference for the university swimming pool and the whole Zhejiang swimming management.
