Under the environment of national innovation-driven development,it has become the focus of scientific and technological management in domestic universities to fully tap the potential of technology transfer in universities and transform the market-oriented way of using high-quality technology in universities into social productivity.At present,the marketization level of technology transfer in domestic universities is generally low.Because the transfer and transformation process of patents on campus is not smooth,the potential value of patents can not be fully reflected,and the talent evaluation system which focuses on basic research makes scientific researchers less enthusiastic about technology transfer.In addition,the concerns of University Science and technology managers about the loss of state-owned assets also seriously restrict the market-oriented technology transfer work.As the first-class university in China,the marketization of technology transfer is hindered by many internal and external factors.Through consulting the domestic and foreign literature and combining with the national science and technology policy,we can get the relevant research experience and domestic development background,and then clarify the significance of the research and research methods and routes.Through field research and practical work,this paper expounds the current situation of technology transfer marketization in T University,and finds out the existing problems.Based on the specific problems,we use Delphi method to consult relevant experts to determine the elements of SWOT analysis.A market-oriented technology transfer analysis model based on AHP-SWOT is constructed to determine the weight of each index,and a strategic quadrilateral is established.The strategic position map is obtained by strategic azimuth angle theta,strategic quadrilateral barycenter coordinate and strategic intensity coefficient.According to the results of AHP-SWOT analysis,the strategic type of T University is determined as a pioneering strategy.In the future market-oriented work of technology transfer,scientific and technological achievements should be matched with the market demand;the training of talents should be strengthened;the supply and demand channels of technology should be opened up;the management process should be optimized;the evaluation system should be improved;and the market-oriented incentive mechanism should be established.In order to select a suitable strategicdevelopment plan for T University,it also provides reference for technology transfer work of other universities.
