Study On Early Warming Ability Of College Students Emergencies In Universities

The unstable factors in the social environment are more and more frequent.Emergency to economy and politics has brought great impact,at the same time,for the disposal of emergency management,especially how to do early warning before the incident occurred,the effective risk aversion has become the focus of widespread concern in society.Beijing as a political center,economic center,international exchange center,science and technology innovation center of the new city orientation,and the needs of students' diversity and individuality,put forward higher requirements on municipal college students' emergency response early warning capability.The research on the internal control theory,focus on emergencies in University of Beijing students' coping ability of early evaluation,research analysis,concept of emergencies in University of Beijing students to deal with the types and causes of the establishment of evaluation system,etc..Mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Illustrates the theoretical basis of emergencies in University of Beijing students,analysis of college student emergencies types,characteristics,causes etc.Analysis of the current situation of emergency response in University of Beijing students.The working mechanism of emergencies in University of Beijing students in setting and working mechanism of carding,the grid management system,put forward the comprehensive existing problems in the work of early warning.(2)The construction of emergency response in University of Beijing students' early warning capability evaluation index system.Starting from the five elements of internal control theory perspective,in-depth analysis on the principle and content of college students to deal with emergencies early warning capability,based on expert opinion that the organizational environment,information and communication,risk assessment and response to the 3 level indicators,8 level two indexes,the index system of 25 level three indexes.Through the questionnaire survey and empirical methods to test the rationality and consistency of the index,the index system was established.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the 22 matrix,we can get the influence weight of each index on College Students' ability to respond to emergencies.(3)To the Beijing municipal emergency response to a university student's early warning capability evaluation and analysis.Analysis and evaluation using the evaluation model of emergency warning Beijing is a university student with quantitative plus qualitative,and draw the corresponding conclusions and recommendations.Combing the United States for early warning of University emergencies from history,legal awareness education and guidance,campus police system construction and other aspects to show the American College Students emergency warning work situation.
