Academic self-efficacy refers to the subjective judgment and confidence level of the students' ability to complete their own learning tasks or achieve the learning objectives in the learning process.It is of great significance to improve students' learning academic behavior and learning ability.From the existing research and practical investigation,the academic self-efficacy of under-achievement college students is significantly lower than that of ordinary college students,which has become a serious obstacle to their learning and development.To improve the academic self-efficacy of under-achievement college students is gradually becoming the focus of teaching practice in higher education.Based on comprehensive understanding of the theory of multiple intelligences and academic self-efficacy theory,the academic achievements promotion policy framework for college students' academic self-efficacy was constructed as a close contact and interaction system which contains academic self cognition,academic self emotion and the academic self will.Corresponding to the three aspects of content,the strategies are: advantages of intelligent drive weak intelligence(academic self cognition),the recognition and display of the advantages of intelligent(academic self emotion),the strengthening and migration of the positive behavior(academic self will),and the interaction of the strategies jointly play a role in the system.Follow the requirements of the above promotion strategy framework,the method of quasi-experiment was designed to exert A-B-A experimental research on the poor college students.After a year of intervention,the academic self-efficacy level of these three students all gets a better improvement,which verifies the rationality of the theoretical construct.Study put forward education suggestions of improving the under-achievement college students academic self-efficacy:(1)the causes of under-achievement college students academic self-efficacy are of diversity,so the enhancement of the under-achievement college students academic self-efficacy should start from the analysis of the causes;(2)to appreciate and cherish the advantages of under-achievement college students,creating the opportunity to exert its superiority intelligence;(3)to give specific guidance to the development of dominant intelligence driven weak intelligence;(4)to master the core elements and key points of the framework of self-efficacy of academic which is based on the theory of multiple intelligences and focus on the poor college students.
