This article takes our country outstanding female short distance speed skating athletes as the research object,through questionnaire investigation,literature,interviews with experts,athletes,and mathematical statistics for the whole course of many years of training stage characteristics were studied.From the division of each stage of training,the characteristics of each stage of age,starting and ending time,training and fixed number of characteristics,the characteristics of each stage of training load,as well as in the case of zhang hong,individual analysis of the whole years of training practical training effect for reference,the women's short distance speed skating at the present stage in China is summarized in the whole problems that exist in the training for many years,to get a good mark for the 2022 winter Olympic Games in Beijing to provide theoretical reference.The conclusion is as follows:1.Training four stages of the women's short distance speed skater training is more reasonable,aged between 9 and 14 basic training stage,special increase stage of aged between 14 and 18 years old,best competitive stage aged between 18 to 25,the age of the high level maintenance phase between the ages of 25 to 30.The average age of training for Chinese women athletes is 22.4 years old,the starting age is 7-14 years old,and the average training period is 11.8 years.2.Basic training for athletes is an critical period in the process of the technology,the body weight training reaction speed,strength and aerobic endurance is given priority to,load measuring arrangement not easy too,if the athletes entered the stage of special improve early such training effect will be counterproductive.3.In the specific improvement stage,the proportion of anaerobic endurance training increased on the basis of the previous training stage,the aerobic endurance was relatively decreased,and the overall load measurement did not change significantly.At this stage,the training should be scientific,the methods should be targeted,the content should be timely,and the physical function level of athletes should be understood,so as to give full play to the optimal training status of athletes.4.Compared with the previous two stages,the load measurement in the optimal competitive stage is significantly improved,and the training tasks in this stage are mainly reaction speed,fast strength and mixed oxygen endurance.The best period for athletes to make achievements,so more to pay attention to the way and method of training,coaches to athletes in all kinds of ability into full play,and arrange to verify training in the game.Improve the training plan timely for the problems found and maximize the effective training to achieve better results.5.High level training mission to maintain order reaction speed,mixed oxygen endurance and relative strength is given priority to,to maintain a high level of competitive state itself,the load measurement is a stage are down a bit,but still keep the intensive training,the stage of the athlete's own competitive level has reached its peak,so more should pay attention to this stage training method and content,to avoid accidental injury.6.Coaches through understanding zhang hong's own characteristic and advantage for the professional training plan,make scientific training and rational diet is tie-in,master training methods for zhang hong,fully tap the potential,has laid a solid foundation for the title.
