Research On The Influence Of "skills College Entrance Examination" On The Training Of Tourism Talents In Secondary Vocational Schools

At present,with the vigorous development of tourism industry and the emergence of new forms of tourism,tourism industry has been transformed from a pure labor industry into an industry that pays equal attention to both knowledge and labor.Secondary vocational tourism talents are skilled talents serving the tourism industry of our country,and with the vigorous development of tourism,both in quantity and quality are very scarce.At present,there is a new contradiction in the tourism society,that is,the contradiction between the rapid development of tourism and the shortage of high-quality and high-quality tourism talents.With the introduction of the "Skills College Entrance Examination" policy,Shandong Province began to implement the Skills College Entrance Examination for secondary vocational students in 2014.In the same year,tourism majors in secondary vocational schools joined this examination form,and the "Skills College Entrance Examination" provided a channel for some secondary vocational tourism students to enter higher education,but also provided an opportunity for the reform of Tourism Teaching in secondary vocational schools.This paper is based on the perspective of "Skills College Entrance Examination" to analyze the current situation and impact of tourism talents training in some secondary vocational schools in Rizhao City,Shandong Province,to provide the basis for tourism teaching reform in secondary vocational schools,and to better implement the role of "Skills College Entrance Examination" policy baton.From the perspective of "Skills College Entrance Examination",this paper first interprets the policy of "Skills College Entrance Examination",expounds the content and characteristics of"Skills College Entrance Examination",analyses the close entry point between "Skills College Entrance Examination,policy and tourism talents in Vocational schools,and expounds the background and significance of studying the influence of "Skills College Entrance Examination"on Tourism Talents training in Vocational schools.Secondly,through questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the content of the study,mainly taking the tourism teachers and students of four secondary vocational schools in Rizhao as an example,and analyses the impact of "Skills College Entrance Examination" on the training of tourism talents in secondary vocational schools and the existing problems in the training of tourism talents.lt is mainly summarized as four aspects:talent training objectives and models,professional curriculum,secondary vocational tourism students and secondary vocational tourism teachers;the main problems in the training of Secondary Vocational Tourism Talents in Rizhao City pointed out in this paper are:unreasonable curriculum of professional theory and practice,insufficient students'understanding of the "skills college entrance examination" and weak learning motivation,lack of "double-teacher" teachers.Lack of in-school training facilities.Finally,this paper puts forward the Reform Countermeasures of tourism talents cultivation in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of "Skills College Entrance Examination".Through the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward three aspects:strengthening the influence of "Skills College Entrance Examination" and paying attention to students'professional quality,innovating teaching management mode and improving teaching hardware conditions,improving teachers' quality and ability in an all-round way,and strengthening teachers'communication and cooperation in secondary and higher vocational schools.Talents training countermeasures.
