With the continuous progress and development of society,pre-school education has received more and more attention by the community and the government.In 2010,the govenrement promulgated the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan,and proposed to fully popularize the pre-school education task,focusing on the development of rural pre-school education and improving the overall quality of the kindergarten teachers.Most of the rural kindergarten teachers are trained by secondary vocational education.Dance basic skills training is an important pre-school education professional learning content,directly related to its dance teaching.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of society vocational school pre-school education expands the scale of enrollment,which increase the pressure to the current dance teaching.Meanwhile,there are many other problems,which requires us to identify the root cause of the problem.Current environment require us to come up with new-method of teaching,improve the quality of our teaching,keep up with the development for the pre-school children to develop qualified teachers.Qiyang Normal School of Hunan Province is the object of this thesis.A questionnaire survey on the pre-school students,the dance teachers and the graduates is conducted.Through the comprehensive analysis of the survey data,this paper summarizes the basic problem during the teaching of the students,teachers in three aspects.Further,combined with their own years of teaching experience,I put forward a strategy to improve the basic teaching of dance countermeasures.While correcting students' attitude towards learning,the author believes that the vocational school should do the top-level design,involving in the professional settings,personnel training,curriculum design and teacher team,in order to ensure that the direction of teaching and scientific;I believe that pre-school education professional dance basic lesson The teaching method,the teaching purpose,the teaching methodand the method have the particularity,therefore,the teacher should grasp the principle of teaching according to the individuality,from the teaching content,the teaching form and the teaching method three aspects to carry on the improvement,put forward the Three ways to stimulate student interest,namely,emotional incentive method,target incentive method,evaluation incentive method.This paper takes the Qiyang Normal School of Hunan Province as the investigation site,conducts a questionnaire survey on the pre-school students,the dance teachers and the graduates.Through the comprehensive analysis of the survey data,this paper summarizes the basic teaching of the students,Teachers in three aspects of the existing problems,combined with their own years of teaching experience,put forward to improve the basic teaching of dance countermeasures.The author believes that the vocational school should do the top-level design,in the professional settings,personnel training,curriculum design,teacher team building top-level design to ensure that the direction of teaching and scientific;that pre-school education professional dance basic has the unique teaching method,the teaching purpose,the teaching method and the method.Therefore,the teacher should be familiar with the principle of teaching according to the individual student.Teachers should improve their skills from the teaching content,the teaching form and the teaching method.I put forward five ways to stimulate student interest,namely,emotional incentive method,target incentive method,evaluation incentive method.Dance basic skills training involves various forms of dance basic skills training,so that students will have a strong dance performance and dynamic beauty,which provide foundation for the learning and using of dance art language.Therefore,improving the quality of basic dance-teaching enhance the dance skills of kindergarten teachers,and also for the improving of the overall teaching-level for the secondary school pre-school education.
