| Vocational skills competition activities are an important design and innovation of China’s education system,a booster for promoting vocational education reform,an important way to cultivate vocational education talents,and an important platform for improving the comprehensive quality and skill level of workers.At present,all kinds of vocational skills competition activities at all levels are in full swing,and all vocational colleges have also organized teachers and students to participate in vocational skills competitions,actively explore effective ways to carry out vocational skills competition activities,and further improve the quality and level of vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges are important subjects of vocational education,undertaking the important responsibility of cultivating tens of thousands of high-quality skilled personnel,actively carrying out vocational skills competition activities on the one hand can improve students’ comprehensive vocational ability,on the other hand can promote the school’s teaching reform and optimize the school’s school.Therefore,in order to promote the development of higher vocational education,it is necessary to study the current situation of vocational skills competitions in higher vocational colleges.Based on the theory of educational equity,the theory of educational evaluation and the theory of comprehensive development,this study uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and investigates the current situation of the vocational skills competition in H College on the basis of reading literature and summarizing and analyzing the research status and theoretical results of vocational skills competition at home and abroad,and understands that there are the following problems in the process of vocational skills competition in higher vocational colleges: First,the utilitarianization of the purpose of the competition;Second,the operation mechanism of the competition is not perfect;Third,the content of the competition is unreasonable;Fourth,the objective conditions of the school are limited;Fifth,the transformation of competition results is insufficient.In view of the above problems,the main reasons for these problems in the process of vocational skills competition in vocational colleges and universities are that there are deviations in the concept of competition,the imperfect operation mechanism of competition,insufficient guarantee conditions for competition,and the fact that the competition is divorced from the actual situation of the school.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the problems and causes in the process of the vocational skills competition of H college,the optimization countermeasures for the vocational skills competition of higher vocational colleges are proposed.First,to create a good competition atmosphere and clarify the concept of skill competition;The second is to improve the operation mechanism of the competition to ensure the orderly development of the competition;The third is to scientifically formulate competition topics to realize the integration and development of competition and education;The fourth is to strengthen the guarantee conditions for competition and meet the needs of competition activities;The fifth is to promote the transformation of competition results and promote the sharing of all teachers and students.Through the above measures,promote the orderly development of vocational skills competitions in vocational colleges,and give play to the educational value of vocational skills competition activities. |
