| In recent years,the children’s admission has become the focus of social concern.For secondary vocational education,it is undoubtedly a great development opportunity.But faced with growing high standard request for early childhood teachers,improving preschool education major students professional ability to cope with the situation is urgent.In this paper,500 students from pre-school education secondary vocational school in Tianjin,Henan,Shandong three region are investigated,through the self-made questionnaire to collect data,the questionnaire is divided into professional ability,basic ability,method ability and key ability of four dimensions.Using SPSS19.0 to data processing,after the analysis of the indicators of good reliability and validity of the questionnaire,cloning Bach alpha coefficient is 0.925,1/2 coefficient is 0.810,and the questionnaire validity,content validity and idea can be used as measuring tool.Through descriptive statistical analysis of the overall status of secondary vocational preschool education major students professional ability,through independent sample T test to explore the sex,the one-child,birthplace and other variables in the differences of vocational ability,by single factor analysis of variance,discussing the variable grade,the school is located in the differences of vocational ability.Found that preschool education professional technical secondary school students exist the following problems: the basic ability to do a good job of dimension,but is engaged in the willingness and ability of communication and coordination;Key competency dimensions better overall performance,reflection development ability is insufficient;Professional ability dimension overall performance is good,but the bilingual teaching,piano playing is poorer;Method ability dimension weak overall performance,courseware making use of the capacity remains to be improved.Aiming at these problems,some Suggestions: to improve related treatment,early childhood teachers encourage students to engage in preschool education industry.Kindergarten and school improve the cooperation mechanism,provide maximum security for the students’ growth;Schools to strengthen the pre-school education,professional construction,create professional brand effect;Students own play to the subjectivity,continuous self-improvement.Conclusions:(1)secondary vocational preschool education major students professional ability self-made questionnaire structure is reasonable,conform to the reliability and validity of requirements,can be used as a measurement of secondary preschool education professional tools use the students’ vocational ability.(2)the professional ability of preschool education professional technical secondary school students scored an average of 4.07,the average scores of four dimensions in 3.70-4.42,were higher than the critical value of 3,indicating that preschool education professional technical secondary school students from the overall professional ability is stronger.(3)professional ability in gender,whether the one-child,students,etc.There was no significant difference between demographic variables,and in the grade,the school district exist significant differences on demography variables. |
