Study On The Influence Of Population Change On Economic Growth In Inner Mongolia

As the main body of society,man plays an important role in promoting economic development.Inner Mongolia's 13 th five-year population development plan emphasizes,the population problem has always been a global,long-term and strategic one.We should actively and effectively cope with the negative effects of population change and strive to achieve long-term population balance.Since the new century,Inner Mongolia has achieved leapfrog economic development,but problems such as extensive exploitation and utilization of resources accumulated in the course of development,unreasonable economic structure and increasing pressure on the ecological environment are increasingly prominent.But the total population keeps increasing,but the labor force is decreasing,and the burden of labor support is increasing.Facing the dual pressure of economic and demographic problems and from a long-term perspective,how to coordinate and promote each other's development is one of the important points that cannot be ignored at present.Thinking of writing of this paper is based on the characteristics of population movement in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and the economic growth situation,using the appropriate model to quantitative analysis of the relationship between the two,to discover the main factors to promote economic growth in the population.To be specific,this paper first elaborates the research background and significance of population change on economic growth in Inner Mongolia,and reviews relevant literature and theories;Secondly,the characteristics of population change and economic growth were analyzed with data from Inner Mongolia statistical yearbook,at the same time to predict population changes.Based on the characteristics of population changes in Inner Mongolia,the historical growth accounting method was adopted to analyze the impact of population changes on economic growth.According to the results,the improvement of labor productivity in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region over the past 20 years of economic growth plays an important role,and the labor efficiency and the growth of the working-age population basic quite and the role of the general effect.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained,from the perspective of improving labor productivity,it is suggested to improve the quality of the working-age population.Relying on technological innovation to optimize the development of the three industries;And moderately guide the transfer of labor force from the primary industry to the tertiary industry.From the point of view of improving the efficiency of labor utilization,it is suggested to delay retirement and help the unemployed to find jobs again.From the perspective of population aging,it is suggested to actively develop the service sector for the aged,improve the pension insurance system,and expand the investment channels of social security fund.It is hoped that the above Suggestions will help mitigate the impact of having few children and aging on the economy,promote the optimization of the industrial structure and employment structure in Inner Mongolia and achieve better economic development.
