Education reform has been around the world for hundreds of years.History tells us that class reform is the key to education reform,since the class is engaged in education teaching activities to realize the value of education.In the teaching process,teachers may often encounters various difficulties.For the novice teachers,knowing the difficulties they will face in the teaching process is not only conducive to make a better judgement or choice but can also promote their professional improvement.It is inevitable for the novice teacher to interact with students and teaching materials,however this may lead to conflict and make themselves in teaching dilemma.So the study about the novice teaching trapping in the teaching dilemma is based on the three aspect of teaching dilemma in the student-teacher interaction in the class:(1)the generation of novice teacher's preset target;(2)the redevelopment of the teaching material;(3)the ethic in the teaching process.By analyzing the three kind of source of teaching dilemma we try to explore the problem of the teacher's choice and the hidden reasons.In our paper,we investigate the present condition of teaching choice of the novice teacher trapping in the teaching dilemma in primary schools using the three method: questionnaire,class observation and interview.Though the analysis,we get the dimensions of the teaching dilemma the novice teacher often encounter in the class and summarize the three main kind of the teaching dilemma:(1)the conflict between 3d object's combination and choice of teaching objective value orientation in the dilemma of generation of preset target;(2)the construction of the bridge between knowledge logic of the textbook and the students' experience logic as well as the individual development and collective development of the textbook in the redevelopment dilemma of teaching materials;(3)the gap between the concept and operation of individualized teaching and the conflict between the teaching process and the management of the student's behaviour in the ethical dilemma of teaching.After sorting out these three difficulties,we further reveal that there are problems of teaching selection in the three aspects for the novice teachers during the interaction in the class.The study indicated that there is following three kind of excessive utilitarian requirement when the teacher make their teaching objectives,(1)the generation of the teaching aim taking the knowledge infusion as the center and the pseudo generation of of the deviatingly educational goals;(2)the failure of the text development in the redevelopment of teaching materials,i.e.textbook replacing the developing method of teaching with textbook and use the teaching materials to teach the textbook instead of individual development and the collective development of teaching material instead of individual development;(3)in the ethical dilemma of the teaching process,The main problem is the anomie of ethical choice such as the rigid uniformity for those contrary to the fairness of teaching and the strong control and discipline of students' classroom behavior.Through interviews,I further found that the reasons for these problems are mainly in the three aspects of school,teaching and research group activities and teachers themselves.The first is the result control of the school evaluation system,the scores as the core of the teacher performance assessment and the evaluation of students' academic achievement based on the final evaluation.The second is the snackification of the school teaching and research activities.Finally,the teacher's own internal problems,that is,the lack of teachers' practical experience and the lack of reflection on Teaching.In the face of these reasons,we should adopt effective optimization strategies to promote better teaching choices for teachers.First,the school should establish a developing evaluation system for both teachers and students.Secondly,optimize the teaching and research system and build the teaching and research group into a learning community to improve the enthusiasm and autonomy of the teachers.Finally,the teachers themselves should strengthen the development of practical ability and constantly improve their own ability to reflect on experience.
