Co-operation of primary school teachers in the network age requires the collective lesson planning under a network environment, which is also the demand of"bundling"development strategy for the Wuhou Experimental Primary School and the rural Jiulong Primary School.This research meets the call of the times, and is derived from the current requirements of"bundling"development and the improvement in the collective lesson planning of the tow primary schools. Based on the Humanistic Learning Theory, the Group Dynamics Theory and the Collaborative Learning Theory, this research investigated the status of collective lesson planning of the two schools. Results indicate that both the administrators and teachers do not understand well enough the collective lesson-preparing through network, measures of management fail to implement and the processes of the collective lesson-preparing are only formality. In order to resolve the above problem, a research on the pattern of collective lesson-preparing under network has been performed. A collective lesson-preparing operational mechanism has been developed based on the carrier of the people's management network, the core of teaching materials, the security of 3-team construction, the support of the virtual schools lesson preparation, the lesson preparation group of subjects and the QQ space. And then, the principles, the several pairs of relations that should be treated carefully and the basic processes for the collective lesson-preparing have been determined. In the end, the mechanisms of management and safeguard for the collective lesson-preparing have been established, which promote effectively the performance of the experiment.Through the research of this project, the following results have been achieved: (1) a virtual school community and group of lesson-preparing, etc have been developed for the two schools; (2) a basic operation mode has been summarized for the collective lesson-preparing within the two schools; (3) the organization, the system of management and the security mechanisms have been established. Those results make the teachers of the two schools can discuss the lesson-preparation fluently without the constraints of time and space, which ensures a strong teaching atmosphere. The quality and efficiency of the collective lesson-preparing is improved. The educational ideal of the teachers is innovated. Information literacy is promoted. Professional development is pushed ahead. The construction of the leader and teacher group is advanced. Therefore, the teaching quality and modernization of the two schools are promoted. In addition, this research provides a reference for the other domestic schools.
