Alpine skiing is a kind of snow racing project where skis and ski poles are used as tools to quickly turn and slide down on the hillsides. With the passage of time, alpine skiing has begun to be used for recreation and tourism.Since 2015,the Winter Olympics has been promoted and promoted by the public. The Winter Olympics project has been accepted and paid attention to by Chinese nationals.More and more people will choose suitable ice or snow projects as entertainment activities during the winter, and at the same time achieve the effect of physical fitness. As the region with the fastest economic development in the region, the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia have strong policy support and high levels of per capita consumption.Research on the status quo of alpine skiing in central and western regions of Inner Mongolia has played a role in promoting economic, cultural, tourism and national fitness goals in the region.positive effects. The paper takes the alpine skiing field in the middle-western region of Inner Mongolia as the research object, and uses the methods of literature data, questionnaires, mathematical statistics,SWOT analysis, and PEST analysis to analyze the basic conditions of the five alpine ski resorts in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia. The basic situation and needs of consumers were investigated and analyzed.Based on this,an analysis was conducted to understand their own situation and the external environment,in order to provide certain opportunities for the future development of the alpine skiing field in the Midwestern Inner Mongolia region under the opportunity of the 2022 Winter Olympics. The theoretical basis.Research indicates:1.There are altogether 5 Alpine ski resorts in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia, which provide venues and basic service facilities that basically meet the skier's consumer demand. The five ski resorts have different locations, some to meet the needs of public skiing, some to host large-scale events, and some to enjoy the sights while skiing in the resort area, offering different choices for snow lovers across the region, but individual snows The auxiliary facilities in the field still need to be further improved.2.Most of the consumers of alpine skiing are between 19 and 30 years old. Most of them are students and corporate employees.Academic qualifications account for the vast majority of high school students and above. They have relatively stable income and have plenty of spare time and energy. At the same time, skiers of different ages and occupations have different motives for sports.Young people mainly rely on leisure entertainment and experience ski fun.The majority of middle-aged and young people are relieved of stress in work and study. The reasons that restrict consumers' frequent participation in skiing sports are mainly concentrated on time and traffic.3.The Alpine Ski Area in Central and Western Inner Mongolia has the advantages of natural resources, rapid economic development, and late development;the brand, hardware and software facilities are not perfect;disadvantages such as imperfect development of skiing industry chain, scarcity of water resources, and capital investment;government policy The guidance and public awareness of the masses continued to increase the enthusiasm of skiing, the potential of many consumers, and the promotion and guidance of mainstream media,as well as the opportunities for the hosting of ice and snow events to help the development of ski resorts; However, the impact of domestic and foreign ski resorts in developed areas and the intensification of domestic competition, the ski culture is thin, and the low penetration, climate change and lack of reserve forces also threaten the development of alpine ski resorts.4.The political environment continues to improve. The government supports various types of policies and preferential conditions. The economy is developing rapidly and the per capita disposable income is increasing. However, the expenditure for alpine skiing is not high;the public's awareness and understanding of skiing are gradually increasing. The pursuit of spiritual enjoyment, improved education and quality have provided favorable social conditions for the subsequent development of the alpine ski resort;the extensive development mode of the ski industry is still relatively weak at the research and design stage and has not yet formed a complete R&D production system. The following countermeasures have been proposed for the development of the alpine ski resort in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia:1.To protect the environment and develop it reasonably.Combining with the local climate and environment,it is appropriate to plant more vegetation such as shrubs and pine trees.2.Improve hardware and software capabilities, add supplementary facilities, update ski equipment, and improve the quality of service personnel and coaches.3.Develop reserve forces, cultivate ski culture, promote alpine skiing for teenagers, and integrate festival resource utilization.4.Leading by science and technology, improve the industrial chain, increase the degree of emphasis, and strengthen research and development.5.Increase publicity efforts and use the Internet platform for publicity.6.Strengthen cooperation between cities and cities to achieve resource sharing.
