A Study On The Will Of Rural Entrepreneurship In Higher Agricultural Colleges

With the changing economic situation,innovation and entrepreneurship are playing an incressingly important role in the construction and development of China.Nationwide entrepreneurship and innovation is an effective way to promote the upgrading of economic structure and stimulate innovation and vitality of the whole society.At the same time,in the process of building a well-off society,China's rural economic development mode has been changed a lot,traditional agriculture is shifting to modern agriculture,agricultural technology and mode of operation requires innovation,which needs to promote talent reform on the agricultural supply side and actively cultivate new agricultural business entities and main services to exploit human resources in rural areas and attract all kinds of talents to innovation and entrepreneurship in rural areas.The development of modern agriculture and the construction of new socialist countryside have put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in Agricultural Universities,which is also the source of power for the development of Agricultural Universities.Higher Agricultural Universities have long been guided by the development of rural economy,on this occasion,they are committed to cultivating local regional economic development of agricultural professionals.who have a solid basic knowledge of agriculture,have the unique advantages to the rural entrepreneurship.but from the current reality,graduates of higher Agricultural Universities engaged in rural entrepreneurship is not optimistic.in the new rural construction and agricultural development in urgent need of new business entities,graduates of higher agricultural institutions should actively participate in rural entrepreneurship.To ensure the realization of this behavior,the first thing is to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to Rural Entrepreneurship and improve the willingness of Rural Entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the internal mechanism and its influencing factors.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the internal mechanism and influencing factors of Higher Agricultural Universities students' entrepreneurial willingness.Based on the theory of social learning and the theory of planned behavior,this paper takes 539 students from Hunan Agricultural University as the research object,and puts forward the research and research hypothesis,which is based on the reality of rural entrepreneurship and Higher Agricultural Universities.First,I Put forward the research hypothesis,then through the questionnaire,I use the spss software for statistical analysis,including statistical analysis,correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis to excavate the implicit relationship of data and find higher agricultural colleges students' in rural areas of the strong impact of entrepreneurship,and hypothesis verification,The study found:(1)The individual characteristics variables(gender,grade,major,student origin,venture capital,etc.)have a significant impact on college students' entrepreneurial will,Among them,the origin of rural students,student cadres and off campus internship have positive influence on college students' rural entrepreneurial will while the female individual,high-grade group have negative impact.(2)The family background variables(parents' entrepreneurial experience,family income,family support level)have a significant impact on college students' entrepreneurial will.Among them,parents' entrepreneurial experience,family income and family support have negative effects on college students' rural entrepreneurship will.(3)The Entrepreneurship education variables(entrepreneurial competition,propaganda rural entrepreneurship policy,guide colledge students to rural entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial knowledge)have a significant impact on college students' rural entrepreneurial will,and all of these explanatory variables have a positive impact on college students' rural entrepreneurship will.(4)The self-efficacy variables(unique ideas,strong interpersonal skills)have a significant impact on college students' rural entrepreneurship will.and they all have a positive impact.(5)The entrepreneurial motivational variables(make money,hard to find work,encouragement from government policy,make rural areas better)have a significant impact on college students' rural entrepreneurship will.Among them,making money and encouragement from government policy have a positive impact on college students' rural entrepreneurship will while making rural areas better have a negative impact.To enhance the rural entrepreneurship will of Higher Agricultural Universities students,the study suggest mainly from four aspects:(1)Government should reform to optimize the social environment and human environment,then provide financial support and institutional guarantee for college students' Entrepreneurship;(2)Agricultural colleges should guide and encourage student engage in rural entrepreneurship which can stimulate college students' rural entrepreneurship will and enhance the ability of college students in rural entrepreneurship;(3)Individuals should scientifically plan,which can cultivate a good entrepreneurial ability?strengthen the awareness of the construction of new rural areas and promote the long-term success of rural entrepreneurship;(4)Family members should support college students' behavior to make a good education force.
