Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology and the continuous improvement of education reform,it is universal to use the application multimedia for the mathematics teaching? And the research achievements have been made?In order to understand the basic situation of the multimedia assisted mathematics teaching in high school,a primary investigation about the present situation of multimedia assisted mathematics teaching is made in a high school in Ganzhou,hoping to make a difference to the development of the multimedia assisted teaching in this area ? The teachers and students of high school in this city are the respondents? The methods of investigation include interview method and questionnaire survey?The result are as followed: First of all,mathematics teaching of multimedia facilities have been equipped in most of high school? Second,a large number of teachers have the ability to use the multimedia for the mathematics teaching? What's more,most of the teachers and students have a optimistic attitude towards the effect of multimedia assisted teaching ? Lastly,the multimedia assisted mathematics teaching play a significant role in the teaching of high school?It is also found that,multimedia aided mathematics teaching in the classroom in actual teaching practice development still has a certain lag,compared to the rapid development of theoretical research of multimedia assisted mathematics ? In our actual teaching,some factors restrict the implementation of computer-aided mathematics teaching?For example,The influence of the form of mathematics examination of college entrance examination,the influence of the exam-oriented education,the nature of mathematics itself,the influence of teachers' teaching level,and the influence of students' mathematics learning condition?According to the phenomena and problems of the multimedia aided mathematics teaching in this investigation,the following suggestions are given by the writer:Firstly,the education department should realize the importance of multimedia teaching equipment,strengthen financial support to the purchase of multimedia teaching equipment? Secondly,the schools should organize some reasonable teaching training for the teachers and provide the stage for the teachers to show their multimedia teaching ability? Thirdly,the math teacher should realize the importance of the multimedia assisted mathematics teaching,however,they shouldn't depend it too much?What's more,the teachers should improve the level of curriculum and teaching theory,computer application level,and learn to draw lessons from the advanced design principle and method of teaching? Besides,teachers should guide students to learn how to use the computer multimedia to study ? Last but not least,teachers should cultivate students' ability of using the computer multimedia for mathematics study and master the correct way to learn math?...
