Junior high school students are active and advanced in middle school,and the exemplary behavior of all members of junior high school students reflects the advance of the middle school.The concrete manifestation of the identification of the junior high school students is not only affecting the development of the communist youth league,but also the long-term development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future.The theoretical significance of this study has enriched the research on the theoretical system of the identification of junior high school students.In the practical sense,it can help to promote the rapid development of junior high school youth league and promote the healthy growth of junior middle school students.In order to understand the current situation of junior high school students,this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,and carries out sampling survey of some middle schools in qiqihaer.In this study,the status quo of the identity of junior high school students was analyzed in terms of gender,grade,whether it was related to official factors and the location of the family.It was found that there are three problems in the identity of junior high school league members.One is the lack of knowledge of the communist youth league in the cognitive aspect of junior high school students.Second,the emotion of the youth league land their own status of pride is not obvious enough Third,positive behavior of the communist youth league has not shown in all aspects.Combined with investigation and interview,the author found that the cause of the three aspects including external factors,school management and the lack of education and deficiency,inherent factor,students' lack of initiative and self management and deficiency,etc.The author puts forward the corresponding management strategy: 1.Carry out the theory propaganda education,and improve the cognition of the communist youth league.Second,multi-channel publicity,cultivate correct and positive emotions.Third,deepen the emotion education,build the emotional externalization to the activity platform.This study has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the work of the communist youth league of China.The purpose of this study is to cultivate junior high school students' youth league members,and finally to improve the identity of the communist youth league members.
