Secondary professional education is an important part of education system of modern profession in our country.Education is designed to train technology,skills and application-oriented talents to meet the needs of the production line.In recent years,China attaches great importance to secondary vocational technology education and has developed rapidly.In the process,the education system has various contradictions,improving the teaching quality is a serious challenge.In order to improve the teaching level of teachers education,the core of the "double division" vocational education quality is the key to education innovation and development,able to provide for the sustainable development of secondary vocational technical school.With the development of academic ability theory and the special attention of the state to education quality,some scholars began to pay attention to teachers' teaching ability.This research mainly using ability research thought and theory,on the basis of the vocational education in the teaching of practical work,the Literature research,questionnaire survey method,the paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' teaching ability to research and the existing problems,the results show that:1.The teaching competence of teachers in the he X secondary vocational technical school is in general level,especially the scores that teachers chase noble ethics is the best.Low scores are on career belief and career level.The last is the importance of the knowledge about natural science,humanities & social sciences,subject frontier and so on.Low abilities are on inspired by the skills,art of encouragement,teaching object analysis,especially there is the significant difference about interaction between teachers and students on sex.2.X secondary vocational technical school teachers' teaching competence level is affected by the teachers themselves and objective factors,teachers' level of knowledge of teaching,teaching ability,teaching cognition,personality traits and attribution of reflection to impact the teaching competence;The factor of social concept,institutional factor,policy factor affect teachers' teaching competence level extensively.3.Improve X secondary vocational technical school teachers' teaching competence level is the key,teachers should focus on upgrading teaching knowledge,enhance teachers' teaching effectiveness,improve teachers' teaching idea,training teachers' personality traits,fostering teachers' competence level of overall development,to promote secondary vocational education embarked on a track of healthy development.
