| The development of education in China is faced with the problem of imbalance and insufficiency.Rural education in minority areas has always been the weakness of basic education,and the low quality of teachers is the key factor affecting the quality of rural education in minority areas.Teacher training is the only way to connotative development and quality improvement of rural teachers in minority areas.Although our country constantly strengthens the training of rural teachers in ethnic areas and improve the training guarantee,the conditions of rural schools in ethnic areas are relatively backward,and the training of rural teachers has been in a marginal position,falling behind the development of The Times,and the training is faced with many difficulties.How to solve these problems?The development of the Internet era for us to point out the direction.Therefore,this study based on the rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas blended training pattern implementation time background,to explore the rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas the development of blended training model,the analysis of features of blended teacher training model,advantages,and in view of the rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas blended training model to implement the plight of the proposed optimization strategy,which further improve the quality and efficiency of the blended training for rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas,and promote the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas.Firstly,the background of the implementation of the blended training mode for rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas is proposed.In the form of combination of questionnaire and interview a comprehensive understanding of rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas the plight of the traditional training mode,the situation reversed transmission in ethnic minority areas rural primary and secondary school teachers training must make a change,and the development of the Internet for the rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas blended training model provides the technical support.Secondly,it combs the development process of the blended training mode for rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas.This paper divides the current blended training mode of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas into non-real-time interactive blended teacher training mode,real-time interactive blended teacher training mode and intelligent blended teacher training mode,and analyzes their characteristics and advantages respectively.Thirdly,the author summarizes the difficulties in the implementation of blended training mode for rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas through interview.This paper analyzes the existing shortcomings from the following five aspects: the construction of hardware facilities and network environment,the construction of training platform,the guarantee of training personnel,the setting of training courses and the construction of training evaluation and supervision system.Finally,aiming at difficulties in implementing based on the blended training mode for rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas,optimizing strategies are proposed.In order to maximize the effectiveness of the blended training mode for rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas,the following optimization strategies are proposed: improving the construction of hardware facilities and network environment;Developing an intelligent teacher training platform integrating teaching,teaching research and evaluation;Building a high-quality training team to provide adequate human resources;Setting up systematic and scientific blended teacher training courses;Building a perfect blended training evaluation and supervision system. |
