Research On Secondary Vocational School Students Career Planning Education In Minority Nationality Region

The concept of Education of Career Planning plays an important role for Secondary Vocational students.Recently,the secondary Vocational school focus on some effective and scientific career planning in education with little success,Particularly in Ethnic minority areas,which is weakness.That is the reason to study the education of career planning in Ethnic minority areas.And it's essential for us to pay effort in the education.This essay takes the concept of Education of career planning as the research object.I carry a study on the status quo and the problems with the ways of questionnaire and interview survey.The essay reveals the education of career planning problems in the target,the content and the effect in secondary vocational school in Xilinguole league of inner Mongolia.This article analyses the differentiation with aiming at different grades,different majors,different families and different minorities.Consequently,the purpose is to make sure complete the education goal during the students know themselves well,clear the career targets and learn to planning career.The whole article divides to five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part expounds the necessity to study the concept of education career planning,and then discuss the theoretical significance and practical significance of Ethnic minority areas students' career planning.Furthermore,I expound these concepts such as the career planning in domestic and overseas,this study aims at personal.The second part is about the research methods and the process.This part introduces some methods.For instance,the document analysis method,questionnaire method and the interview survey.The third part is the result about the status que of education of secondary vocational students' career planning.The fourth part is the problem and the reason analyses about the status que of education of secondary vocational students' career planning.It expounds the problems in Ethnic minority areas education,and analyses the deep reason by taking the different grades,majors,families and minorities as varieties.The fifth part talks about the countermeasures to the problems of secondary vocational students' career planning in Ethnic minority areas.
