Objective: modern basketball is the combination of science and technology,intelligence,skill and physical ability.With professional basketball,artistry and ornamental and commercialization,industrialization and socialization advancement,basketball concept of constantly updated,offensive and defensive combat is further along the path of "high intelligence,high strength,high speed,high tempo,high strength,high skill and opposes" a new evolution,prompting the modern basketball movement both offensively and defensively toward and become more active,fierce,rapid development,the basketball player's physical control become one of the decisive factors in competition results of the merits of the.Without good fitness,athletes to bear large load exercise training system,hard scientific to implement the trainin principle.Basketball players not for scientific physical training,the development space is limited,and cannot cope with high strength against the basketball;as the development of basketball without constructing the scientific physical training system,often in a blind way,think of where the training condition,where do,likely to cause systemic and not scientific enough,athletes the injury rate is high,the potential of the sustainable development of sports is not enough,the service life is short;the construction of basketball players physical fitness classification system of scientific training,especially on youth sports fitness training,has the significance of the long-term development strategy;to build scientific evaluation index system of basketball players physical fitness,can prevent injury risk,adapt to the positive effect of basketball confrontation with high strength the competition risk of failure.The study in Guangdong Province,Dongguan New Century Club basketball athletes physical training as the foundation of the scientific system of physical training of basketball athletes,physical training of basketball athletes scientific system construction,to improve the high level basketball players physical fitness training effect,to guide the practice of physical training has certain directive significance.Research methods: This study used questionnaire survey method,expert interviews and field observation of Guangdong Dongguan new century basketball club athletes' physical training present situation of in-depth analysis,specifically from the basketball athlete physical training goal,physical training plan formulation and implementation,to study aspect of training cycle is divided,physical training organization form,physical training methods and means,physical training load intensity,physical training proportion and physical training evaluation.Conclusions:(1)the Guangdong Dongguan New Century Club basketball athletes' physical training in the training content,training methods and means,the form of the load and evaluation criteria has certain research value,especially in the training content and the form of the load has better reference value,but also has some shortcomings,mainly in the training method is single,evaluation contents and index limited to general physical training form,neglecting the evaluation of special physical training.(2)through the expert questionnaire and expert consultation,the physical training content,training methods,evaluation indicators and information monitoring indicators were screened and optimized.Finally,the training index of the best effect of physical training is selected.Training content,the main use of squats,VJ CMJ,VJ5 M,bench press,VJ fatigue,5kg MBT pull ups to and 30 metre sprints,20 m shuttle,T shape to run and body anteflexion in sitting position and other key physical fitness training content;in the training methods using the circulating training method,transform training and refresher training Lianfa;physical training evaluation indexes mainly uses the index of body shape,strength,quality,speed quality,sensitive quality and endurance of five aspects of the evaluation;in terms of information monitoring index and coaches to choose the evaluation index of heart rate,body composition test instrument and observation,athletes choose evaluation index of heart rate and the feeling.(3)through experimental research,this paper constructs the content index system,the weight of the index and the evaluation standard of the physical training of basketball players,and establishes the evaluation system of the basketball players' physical fitness training.In order to verify the scientificity and practicability of the evaluation system,the paper conducts a comparative experiment training.The experimental results show that physical training system is constructed in this paper to improve the athlete's physical ability level has obvious role in promoting,with certain scientific.
