Core strength training as a kind of training methods and ideas from the traditional strength training,in recent years used in numerous daily training of professional sports team,has obtained certain training at the same time,so more and more athletes and coaches start attaches great importance to the training of core region.Middle school stage is the key to the youth basketball athletes training stage,in the athletes' physical and mental development of puberty and adult athletes have bigger difference,in the adolescent stage in fast physical development how to develop core strength training is the scientific problems should to be solved urgently,but the core strength training middle school girls' basketball player still do not see more research in this field,especially experimental research,this study aimed to explore middle school girls' basketball player movement feasibility of core strength training and the training effect.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of research methods to the following conclusion:(1)the experiment after experiment,two groups of athletes in their respective compared with before the experiment in several physical quality indexes and the basketball increased technical indicators,the experiment successful and effective.(2)after the experiment the experimental group compared with control group,experimental group athletes in the three strength,speed,sensitive quality level is significantly higher than the control group,experimental group three basketball athletes special technology test were higher than control group in athletes.(3)core strength and strength training way of the combination of traditional power and simple compared to the traditional strength training,the former promotes the level of competitive ability of athletes.the core strength training compared with the traditional strength training,both on the training goal,the principle of training site,training,training requirements,training methods are not the same,and both the strengths and complement each other.(4)in the middle school girls' basketball player core strength training plan should fully consider the training cycle,when the motion of basketball technology power chain and young men and women related problems,such as functional differences.(5)middle school girls' basketball training using the core strength training should follow the principle of reasonable arrangement of the load,difficulty progressive principle,static exercises suitable principle,combine with the special action principle.(6)in the section training how to reasonable arrangement of core strength training and other training sequence is debatable,core strength training with traditional strength training,how to reasonable allocation proportion is controversial.
