Basketball is a skill dominated confrontational projects. Competition fierce,confrontational strong, which requires a good basketball player must possess physical.Discussion between traditional strength training and suspension training; suspensiontraining, suspension training to explore the impact of non-steady-state basketballplayers the ability to control the action-the study of traditional physical training byadding a modern and advanced methods of physical training relationship, hoping tofind a more effective basketball specific strength training methods, to provide areference for a more scientific training special physical basketball.Methods: the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interviewmethod, mathematical statistics method, experimental method, etc. The researchmethods. Selected the binzhou city sports school basketball athlete16people, adoptthe method of randomized divided into experimental group and the control group, andthe choice of players body shape and movement control under unsteady state indexsignificance analysis, there were no significant difference between experimentalgroup and control group (p>0.05). Special training in the two groups in the samesituation, the experimental group in strength training three times a week to takesuspension training and the way of combination of traditional strength training,training, and the control group take the pure traditional strength training method.After8weeks of training, on two groups of movement control model under the steadystate survey and statistical analysis of data, the results are as follows:1. The results show that suspension training can significantly improve the abilityof basketball player fast moving under non steady state, the experimental group thanthe control group after training under non steady state quickly move ability aresignificantly improved. Analyzing and comparing the experimental group and controlgroup before and after the training, the traditional strength training and suspensiontraining fast moving function to improve the ability of athletes, but the increase ofsuspension training than pure traditional strength training.2this study results show that the suspension training can obviously improve theability of basketball players passing under unsteady state control and jumper actioncontrol ability, training the experimental group than the control group after passingunder non steady state control and jumper control ability has significant increase.Analyzing and comparing the experimental group and control group before and afterthe training, suspension training on balance tray hands chest pass and stretch downthe left side, right side and the back pull have significantly improved. The controlgroup only elastic belt on the right side and the back pull has significant difference,but the increase is far less than the experimental group.3. The results showed that after training the experimental group than the controlgroup core strength is significantly improved. Suspension training and traditionalstrength training for basketball players core muscle strength has increasedsignificantly, but the suspension training than simple traditional strength training,increase significantly.4. The results showed that after training the experimental group than the control group jumping ability has a significant increase. The experimental group and controlgroup after training jumping ability has significant difference, but the suspensiontraining improve effect than pure traditional strength training.5. The traditional strength training and suspension training is interconnectedcomplementary to each other, suspension training cannot completely replace thetraditional strength training. Different training programs have to adjust the ratiobetween them, to play a better training effect.
