Teachers' learning ability is teachers' teaching practice ability that teacher can obtain information by the interaction with themselves and educational environment.both of them aimed at self-development,Teachers ' professional development base on the learning power,Teacher professional development is a lifelong activity,The growth of professional knowledge and skills is by way of learning,reflection and practice.Teachers' learning power is the comprehensive of teachers' perseverance.motivation.creativity.and capacity.Learning motivation is the driving force;Learning ability promote independent learning.Learning willpower is the driving force of teachers' persistent.Innovation is the application of teachers' innovation ability in practice.efficiency reflect the level of knowledge.This study discusses the importance of learning ability for teachers' professional development,and selecting 147 teachers to issue questionnaires in H District randomly to conduct literature search,questionnaire survey.This paper investigates the current situation of teachers' learning in the conceptual and practical level.Through the investigation of the five dimensions of learning,found that teachers' learning ability is good in H District,the school also attaches great importance to teachers' learning,but still have some deficiencies,for example: some teachers are lack of will power and innovation,and there is an individual variation in teachers' learning power.in the meantime,it found that learning ability is influenced by many factors,such as teachers' learning concept,work tasks,rules of higher levels,rating system and learning opportunities.It puts forward some measures from individual to organizational perspective in order to improve the teachers' learning power : to enhance learning autonomy;to improving the personal career planning;to strengthen the innovative and teamwork,to create a learning community;to optimize the learning arrangements,expand the autonomy of space;to establish a developmental evaluation mechanism and training system.
