Research On Risk Management Of Credentials In Large-Scale Sports Events

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the large-scale sports events have become complex social activities which influence the social politics,economy,culture and other areas.It not only can significantly enhance the reputation of the host country and the host city,expand its influence,promote the development of related industries,but also bring the passion and vitality for the host country and the host city's economic development.With the success of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the increasing number of other large-scale sports events held in China,studying the personnel credentials management is important for the security needs and successfully holding the large-scale sports events.The credential management of large-scale sports events is a huge investment and involves many people.It has important influence on domestic and international.The application method,data check,credentials production,distribution,validation and internal management exit many risks.Basing on relevant literature and its theoretical foundation,this thesis uses the methods of literature,expert interviews and case analysis to analyze and define the meaning of large-scale sports events,credentials management and the credentials management of large-scale sports events.By using the methods of Delphi and fault tree analysis to obtain the credential of large-scale sports events' risk list.This thesis studies the methods of risk assessment,according to the actual situation,combines the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to apply in the credential's risk assessment and verifies the effect and practice of the method through the real case.Finally,it proposes specific strategies for dealing with different risk factors of different risk levels.To reduce the risk and loss,and then guarantee the implementation,this thesis uses project management's methods,which not only to provide theoretical guidance to the similar projects in the future but also to avoid the risks more scientifical and rational to a certain extent.
