Research On The Construction Of Risk Index System Of Large-scale Sports Events In My Country

Large-scale sports events often have more participating players and on-site audiences,which involve a larger scope and influence,and have higher organizational and management difficulties.Sports events in our country have unique risks.During the organization and implementation of large-scale sports events,the risk of events should be assessed comprehensively and objectively.Event risk assessment is a necessary prerequisite for risk management of sports events.An objective and scientific risk assessment can correctly identify large-scale sports events.The nature of the risk of the event,dig deep into the root cause of the risk,and then find out the key to the risk management of sports events,as much as possible to control the risk of large-scale sports events to the lowest range,and at the same time to establish and improve the risk management of large-scale sports events related systems and mechanisms to consolidate the theoretical foundation.To scientifically and objectively evaluate the risk of large-scale sports events,we must first clarify some basic elements,that is,the purpose of risk evaluation,the evaluation object,the evaluation subject and the evaluation method used.These basic elements are the necessary components of the risk assessment system for large-scale sports events.To promote the implementation of risk assessment of large-scale sports events in my country,it is first necessary to clarify these basic assessment elements,and to promote the implementation of the assessment process according to the finalized element plan and specific requirements.The risk assessment index is also an important basis and yardstick for evaluating the risk management results of large-scale sports events,and is a necessary prerequisite for comprehensive,accurate and objective assessment of the risk of large-scale sports events.However,each evaluation index can only evaluate and reflect a certain risk feature of large-scale sports events.To comprehensively and objectively evaluate the overall risk of large-scale sports events,it is necessary to combine various evaluation indicators according to their causal relationship.,to form a comprehensive and complete evaluation index system.The risk assessment indicators of large-scale sports events in my country are mainly manifested in seven major systems: public emergency risk,athlete risk,political risk,staff risk,management organization risk of the event organizing committee,financial and commercial risk,venue facility and technical risk.This paper first explains the conceptual connotation of risk and risk assessment,clearly grasps the specific content of the risk of large-scale sports events,and the various theoretical models currently proposed for the risk assessment of large-scale sports events.Content,a theoretical overview of the effective identification and prevention of risks in large-scale sports events,and then to lay a solid theoretical foundation for further research;The risk of public emergencies in large-scale sports events,the risk of athletes,political risk,staff risk,the management organization risk of the event organizing committee,financial and commercial risks,venue facilities and technical risks,as well as political boycotts and demonstrations,Unscientific event schedules and unscientific organization lead to traffic jams around the venues,marketing risks of event broadcasting rights,marketing risks of franchise logo use rights,and risks of competition information transmission.A systematic and scientific large-scale sports system is built Event risk assessment index system,and the use of AHP to build a risk assessment model for large-scale sports events;according to the various elements included in the event risk,the questionnaire survey method and expert interview method were introduced to obtain first-hand survey data.Organize these data,and at the same time,according to the importance evaluation given by experts for each risk element,compare each element pairwise and give a specific score,then take the average value,and use a specific data processing method to form a judgment matrix,and then calculate each element.The weight coefficient of the indicator.Finally,according to the risk assessment index system of large-scale sports events established in this paper,and at the same time,the improved RAC risk assessment method is used to implement risk assessment,and strive to provide theoretical and practical reference for comprehensively and objectively identifying and preventing the risks of large-scale sports events in my country.
