The Research On The Improvement Of Students' Apartment Management Satisfaction,China University Of Petroleum

With the continuous expansion of higher education enrollment in recent years,the number of college students are more and more,so does the demand for student apartments.And student apartments on the management level needs to be increased.Student apartment management not only to maintain the normal order of the school,but also closely linked with schools and social harmony.In this context,the apartment management for college students to build a student satisfaction survey system has a very positive meaning.In this paper,first,we combine literatures about student apartments at home and abroad and on the basis of the present situation and problems of the current management of student apartments in China University of Petroleum(East China),then we build the satisfaction evaluation system of the student apartment management.And before that we analyzed the major evaluation factors of student apartment management by survey and AHP.At last,according to the results of the analysis we put forward the improvement measures of the management of students' Apartments.Through analyzing the full argument,we reached the following conclusions: Firstly,under the student apartment management process,responsiveness,security,guarantee and reliability have the greatest impact on overall satisfaction,physical and satisfaction with care less affected;secondly,under student apartment management process,infrastructure,strengthen ideological education and safety education,students management,strengthen communication and build apartments culture and so on should be improved and paid more attention.
