As the University Logistics deepening of the reform, the of universityapartment complex is developing very rapidly.Its uniqueinternal andexternal environment completely changed the lifestyle and livingspace of modern college students.As the subject of Apartmentcomplex, college students’s self-awareness,democraticawareness,sense of service and critical spirit enhance significantly.Theyasked more intense self-management, students’ self-managementoccupy a very important position in the education and managementof the apartment complex. Traditional “didactic” approachemphasizes the “will of reunification” and “absoluteobedience”,regards the students as”being managed” and “beingeducated”, and that management has become increasinglyoutdatedthinking clearly.Especially under the premise of studentenrollmentat their own expense,choose their own jobs, it is difficult todeal with increasingly complex relationships between students andproperty,schools, university andproperty,students and university.Therefore, it is necessary to reflect the current studentmanagementmodel, to recognize the students independency， topromote “Three-Self”(self-education,self-management andself-service)in apartment complexes of universities,it is the only way toseek an effective way to enhance students independency in reform，tomake college life full of vigor and vitality, with a sense ofself-development, capacity of self-development and spirit ofself-development. It also allows students growth of not only the richcreative talent,but also organizational skills;both full of personality, therecan be mutual cooperation and close coordination and commonself-management of new talent.In this paper,I regard S University of Shanghai as a case,from the angle of theory and practice to discuss college students’ apartmentcomplex “three-self”model,and in order to see the whole reflected.Iexplored the the theory of “three-self” model, concluded theorganization form, and the practical experience. I hope it can providesome reference and inspiration for current and future management ofthe college apartment complex.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part of the Introduction, this study describes theorigin,purpose and significance of research,definition of coreconcepts,research procedures and methods.The second part of the Research, from the horizontal perspectiveondomestic and foreign universities apartment complex profile ofstudent self-management,which account of the vertical angle fromthetraditional and the new era of our student apartment complexmanagement over view of the research in this area.It will present acomprehensive system the comb.I found that there are too many oftheoreticalresearch of this areas,but less typical practical case studieson how to operate.The third part of the “three-self” model overview focuses on thebackground of the model and the specific content.The fourth part of the “three-self” model of policy andorganization,mainly from the policy options,the establishment of theorganization,in priciple, limits,functions, protection,assessment andmonitoring for study.Part VI Problems and Solutions, mainly based on the various parts ofthe text before the main content, of which sum up the problemsidentified and proposed measures to refine, I would like to be able toprovide a reference for present reform of university logistics community.Finally part is concluding remarks，I summarized the sort of full-textcontent.
