Research On University Apartment Allocation Management System Based On Students' Preferences

With the continuous development of Internet technology, the application of information technology continues to extend, and the development of university management information is particularly rapid. According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of education on the ten year development plan of education informatization(2011-2020), informatization construction has become the strategic planning content of the development of universities in China. As an important part of university assets, the construction of management information system is very important. With the development of society, living habits and values of college students toward diversified and complicated, the students on the individual accommodation requirements are constantly improve, the traditional distribution of student apartment management has become increasingly unsuited to the needs of modern college students' accommodation.In order to meet the new needs and improve the quality of students' services, this paper puts forward that in the process of the allocation of dormitory, we should give full consideration to the accommodation preferences of students, and make the distribution of dormitory more humane. At the same time, combined with internet information technology,to achieve personalized management of university dormitory allocation and automation. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Firstly, the research background and research significance of the thesis in detail,analyzes the research status of university student apartment management information system, analyzes and expounds the main reason of current student dormitory conflicts and problems, summarizes the construction of the key technology in the process of this theory. Including the commonly used clustering algorithm and fuzzy clustering algorithm.(2) Secondly elaborated the basic concept and theoretical basis of fuzzy clustering analysis, fuzzy sets, including the definition and basic operation; analyzes the fuzzy decomposition theorem and extension principle; to construct standard steps of fuzzy clustering analysis; K-means clustering algorithm of fuzzy C and fuzzy C mean clustering algorithm and based on intuition the steps are described and analyzed in detail.(3) A method of allocating college apartments considering students' preferences is proposed. Firstly,through the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy set of student accommodation preference attribute data, complete the conversion between the preference attributes of linguistic variables and intuitionistic fuzzy sets; then using a function transformation method to realize students' preference data by intuitionistic fuzzy set and fuzzy set transformation; then using the fuzzy C mean clustering algorithm of target function based on considering clustering and classification based on the preference of students; finally, using the grid uniform partition theory, uniform dividing element fuzzy clustering results in the cluster, and the feasibility of the model is verified by example calculation.(4) According to the present situation of distribution management of student apartment of Beijing Jiaotong University, to consider the preferences of students apartment management needs analysis, detailed design of the function of apartment distribution management system and database, apartment allocation process of the traditional design of new business process reengineering,and system interface,using Java programming technology, implementation considerations the apartment management system of student preference distribution.
