Case Study Of Social Work Intervention In The Minor Community Correction

Nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,Chinese society a profound and complex changes,in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi,general secretary of explicitly proposed to law to promote development,to ensure good governance.We will build a government of rule of law,promote administration in accordance with the law,and strictly standardize and enforce fair and civilized law enforcement.Community correction the system since established,our country has made great progress in this field,at present,our country is faced with more and more serious problem of juvenile crime,for the community correction of minors is becoming more and more attention,the importance of correct social work also constantly improve,belong to the area of backwardness in the development of community correction in northeast China,is more on the study of community correction of the northeast through community service and construction of medium measure and the construction of community correction system and optimization of macro level to,to correct the service object itself and the lack of micro level of individual study.Based on this,this paper studies based on local correction of social work,the authors have seen the project-"Changchun city judicial bureau community correction service demonstration project" as an example,in-depth understanding and analysis of the development status of community correction,the Changchun minors use case work method,according to the theory of people in the environment and advantage based on the theory of perspective,adhere to the people-oriented,win-win social work service concept,to help correct object to know his own self and restore confidence in life,to make it better adapt to the life of community correction,better re-socialization,return to society.Service for the project cases,part of the summary report in this paper systematically describes the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign scholars research status,project needs assessment and design,case of service process and evaluation.This article is based on learning theory and the practice of the project in the process of the lessons,especially in community correction to minor in northeast Changchun area of development,to discover the deficiencies and problems,and put forward relevant constructive suggestions,in order to promote the development of northeast area the correction social work.
