With the development of Internet technology,teaching methods are constantly innovating.Blended teaching,as the innovation of teaching form in the Internet era,has a relatively important influence in the teaching field.With the development of teacher education major,as the core curriculum of teacher education,the role of modern education technology is becoming more and more important.This study focusing on the public course of "modern educational technology",to determine the learners' current level of knowledge and skills,to find out the "modern educational technology" teaching goal and the present situation of the learning gap,to study the hybrid teaching reality needs,uses the methods of literature research,content analysis,the questionnaire from the students' online learning,online learning,learning situation,learning expectation starting point of four aspects of the investigation of learners in the upcoming hybrid teaching needs,and put forward to meet the needs of learners,content analysis by content analysis of "modern educational technology" online course,understand the "modern educational technology" curriculum construction.In terms of the learners' starting points,it is found that as the learners' majors are different,there are differences in the starting points of the ability levels.The four majors of science,literature and history,art-sport and others are different.In terms of theories,science and literature and history are better than the others;while,art-sport is better in software skills.In terms of mixed teaching need,when learners have problems,teachers need to reply within half a day.In terms of online video resources,learners are more interested in studio video,field video,slide plus teacher image,and the length of teaching video should be controlled within 20 minutes.In terms of off line learning resources design,the duration of learning should be controlled within 3 hours per week.Owing to the differences of learners' starting points,it is suggested that online courses should be designed at different levels to improve the applicability of teaching contents.
