The balanced development of compulsory education is the basic requirement for every student to enjoy the right to education resources on an equal footing.It is the need for the overall planning of urban and rural development,the inevitable result of social development,and the key to the overall improvement of the quality of students and the Chinese nation.Under the influence of exam-oriented education for a long period of time,people have formed the concept of “emphasizing on the weight and weight of the body”that places too much emphasis on cultural classes and neglects physical education classes.In addition,due to the relatively backward economic development in Shenxian County and the lack of funding for education,many unbalanced problems have arisen in the development of primary and middle school sports.The problems in the construction of sports equalization in Shenxian County's compulsory education schools are particularly prominent between urban and rural areas.The equalization of compulsory education is a process and stage.It is an ambitious project that benefits the people of the country.It should be highly valued by people.It can take the lead in the county(district)area,and then expand the scope of implementation and promotion,gradually in the country.Expand in scope.With the rapid development of the economy,people's material living standards have been continuously improved,and the pressure of life ensuing has also been increasing.The demand for education has been continuously increasing and demands have been continuously improved.Not only should sufficient teaching resources be provided for students to complete cultural classes.Learning also has higher requirements in promoting children's physical and mental health development and comprehensive ability to adapt well to the society.Therefore,the function of physical education in school education has been fully reflected,and the imbalance in the long-term development of physical education in the school of Shenxian County has been solved.Problems,and promote the equalization of school sports in the county of compulsory education has become an important task facing the county.The study is based on the perspective of the creation of county-level compulsory education balanced counties,taking the present situation,problems and countermeasures of the equalization of primary and middle schools in Shenxian County as the research object,and using literature data,interviews,questionnaires,stratified sampling and comparative research.The law investigates and analyzes the sports activities,sports resources and sports systems in elementary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas in Shenxian County.It aims to explore and find out the problems existing in the balanced development of primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas of Shenxian County from the perspective of balanced development of compulsory education,analyze in depth the causes of the problems,interpret rules and regulations,analyze assessment criteria,learn from advanced experience,and integrate with the actual situation in our county.The countermeasures for equalizing the construction of sports in schools in compulsory schools in Shenxian County were proposed to improve the efficiency and quality of the equalization of sports in primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas.Through investigation and study,it can be concluded that there are still differences in sports activities,sports resources and sports systems in the county's compulsory education sports equalization construction.Through the analysis of the questionnaires,a targeted theoretical study on strengthening the equalization of compulsory education in school sports was proposed,the gap between urban and rural areas was narrowed by enhancing the importance of sports disciplines,and a guarantee mechanism for balanced education for compulsory education was established,which increased investment in sports funding,and resolved one by one.School sports have problems,and other countermeasures,to further improve the conditions for schooling in rural and urban primary and secondary schools in Shenxian County,and to improve the conditions for physical education in rural schools and weak schools in poor conditions,to improve the level of physical education,and to promote the balanced development of primary and secondary school sports in urban and rural areas.The gap between them has been significantly reduced.The quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools in the urban and rural areas in Shenxian County has been comprehensively improved,and physical education in Shenxian Countyhas been promoted in a scientific and balanced manner.The degree of people's satisfaction with physical education in primary and secondary schools in Shenxian County has been raised.
